Have been on a government program due to food stamps. It was canceled with no notification and bills doubled then when they tried to withdraw the money for a higher amount it was sent back and they charged me an extra $25. They dont tell about bill increases until you receive them. Went from paying $31 a month to $102 every month and thats with them claiming they are matching what i was receiving in the program. They also told me it could take up to 30 days to hear back. I never heard anything back until I called to find out I was approved but bills were increasing. Makes no sense and because they told me to wait so long now i owe for 2 months for an amount i did not approve of. Very shady practices. And they make you drive somewhere to return equipment if you want to send it back to them thats another $25 charge. $50 charge for reconnecting services $25 charge for returned checks that they manipulate into happening. Very shady practices. Stay away from this company their prices will increase every single month. Had to cancel my service today because i was pressured that if i didnt make a decision they would bill me again tomorrow for another month. Now i have no internet until a new company can come install in another week. I did nothing wrong but now i have no internet and going to have negative things on my credit report. I knew this would happen, anytime a new company buys out another one they find a way to make their money back off that purchase. In the end the consumers pay for the buyout. Stay clear of this company and its shady tactics.
