Be careful with this company and especially *************************. Worst broker I had the chance to work with. On Thu we booked a load with ***** for a pick up in WA on Sat - 2 days later. The load according to ***** was good to go. Well, it wasn't. My driver spent 8 hours at the shipper on Sat, because part of the load was not even ready. And now ***** refuses to pay the losses we experienced due to his inability to make sure he the load he is selling is good to go. We lost $900 due to ***** ! And he is refusing to acknowledge his mistake and pay us accordingly. Be careful when you work with *****. He doesn't know what is going on with his loads and he may stuck you for the weekend and cause you to experience losses. We got lucky we were able to find a load on Sun, otherwise out losses would be double.

      10/08/2021

The load was ready to go on Saturday but needed released by the customer and we couldnt reach the contact over the weekend. We offered them generous compensation to layover and load on Sunday but they refused and wanted a TONU. We gave them $250 which is $100 more than industry standard and they were demanding an unreasonable amount of $850. Thank you

      Customer Response

      10/12/2021

Guys, a little advise from me. When you lie, at least make sure that you can back up your statements, because your whole response is incorrect and full with inconsistencies. However, everything I claim can be backed up by text messages, emails and phone recordings and will be more than happy to provide that to you.1. You claim the load was ready to go on Saturday. This is a lie.?The load was NEVER ready to go on Saturday. We personally spoke with the shipper on Saturday evening, who informed us that 111 cases of the product had never been released, and they do not have authorization to ship the product without those cases. So how come the load was ready to go? When in fact part of it had never been released? How can you even sell a load that wasnt even released? 2. You claim the load had to be released by the customer, but you couldnt reach him. That is a lie.?After we spoke with the shipper, we called *****, the broker, who informed me his sales rep is in communication with the customer, trying to find a solution. After going back and forth for an hour, we were informed by ***** that we wouldnt be loaded on Saturday, because the CUSTOMER cannot get in touch with the **** inspector, who has the power to release the product. So, how can you claim you were not able to get in touch with your customer, when you *****, personally told us that you all were in communication with the customer? Why are you lying ? ?3. You claim you offered a generous compensation to layover and load on Sunday. That is a lie.?You *****, personally told us that because your customer cannot get in touch with the **** inspector on the weekend, we would have to wait till Monday, not Sunday as you claim in your response. So why are you lying? You claim you offered us a generous compensation. That is a lie. When we asked for a compensation, ***** told us that industry standard is $250 per day. Then on Sunday we spent some time exchanging messages with *****, basically telling him that we wont wait till Monday, because we lost trust in him and his customer, and those $250 layover wont be enough. Those $250 wont cover our losses, and we were tired of brokers using the same excuses all over again. Because industry is changing, fuel prices are going up, the price of groceries is going up, our expenses are going up, the whole life is going up. Those $250 wont cover just the driver pay for the lost day. Our expenses per day are roughly around $850, so can you please explain to me guys how $250 will be enough. Please do the math for me, because I am lost. How can you claim that $850 is unreasonable, when the fuel prices are up with more than $1.50 per gallon? How can you claim $850 is unreasonable when all equipment parts are going up? Just the price of the tires is going up with $150-$200 per piece? How can you force me to pay out of pocket when you did not know how to properly do your job? Why are you messing with peoples livelihood? ??Carriers, be aware of this broker. We had one of the worst experience with him. He sold us a load 2 days before pick up, and he didnt even make sure the load was good to go and then he had the audacity to refuse to cover our losses. Brokers like this is what is wrong with the trucking industry. There is no respect towards the drivers. But at the same time, without drivers the shelves in the stores will be empty. They deserve respect, which I did not see from *****! Because there is not such thing as industry standard. There are brokers who respect us and brokers that dont. There are good brokers out there, who paid us even $1000 per day, when they messed up, and I can prove that. Unfortunately, ***** is not one of them.
