TQL took over 3 weeks to get a quote for my shipments. They acted as if service was secure, they then increased pricing at time of delivery. I did not ok this shipment, then they could not get me an invoice to pay once service was secured. They called for an over the phone payment, and then could not get the pricing accurate according to the emailed price and never supplied an invoice. It was escalated and all levels of corporate were unable to satisfy our needs. I called **** ** ******* and had the job secured in less than 24 hours and on my docks in ****** less than 72 hours later. I requested TQL take me off their call list and they continue to call regularly. I have had 4 different brokers assigned to me since December 2023 and will not do business with them again. Filing this complaint based off their inability to remove me from their call list as they are unable to identify when they have lost a client.Business response

Company repeatedly contacting me despite being told multiple times to take me off their call list. We are not interested in their business. They rotate sales associates so a different sales associate will call us everyone 1-2 months.Business response

I have asked this company for years and years to stop contacting my business. They just assign my account to a new sales rep and they continue to call. I have their number blocked, but it still goes to voicemail. They call me EVERY SINGLE DAY and leave a voicemail. I have spoken to at least 6 different sales reps and 2 sales managers and asked them all politely to remove me from the call list. We already have a freight company that we are satisfied with and have no intention of switching or even shopping around. And frankly, I don't care if they offered me free shipping. I wouldn't accept it because of the harassment I have endured over many years with the constant phone calls. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. I just want the harassment to stop.Business response

i had used Total Quality Logistics 5 or so times previously and was very disappointed in its level of service and forthrightness. I have emailed and spoken to numerous TQL employees advising I am not interested in using their service and do not want to be contacted again. Each contact has advised that the only way for them not to call is to give them business at least once every 90 days. I absolutely refuse to do that. Please make them stop contacting me by phone or email.Business response

This company calls constantly about using them for shipping, we've asked numerous times (actually every time they call) to be taken off their call list. They have several different people call and we ask every single time to be taken off this list. they've already called twice this week and it's only Tuesday.Business response

On 12/21/23 TQL transported a merchandise we purchased from a vendor. They were shipping 3 pallets and TQL only delivered 2 pallets. Lost one pallet with merchandise. The shipping cost of the 3 pallets were $665. I reached out to the carrier asking for explanation of the lost pallet and we were told to file a claim with the insurance which I requested twice from them with directions on how to file. I was ignored all the times. Now I lost a merchandise they will not refund and also claiming full payment of the shipment even when they did not deliver the 3 pallets but just 2. Because of that, I have claimed refund of the lost merchandise and the shipping charges for the last pallet that they did not deliver. Here is copy of the last email I sent them: Hi Jonah, I see that you are still passing over to me the shipping charges after part of my shipment was lost and no one is taking responsibility for that. Your company lost one of my pallets costing me $532.93 for the lost product. Full shipping cost for 3 pallets was 665.53, that makes it $221.84 per pallet, but since you lost one, I would only owe you $443.68. Now, my loss for the pallet you lost is $532.93 and subtracting shipping of $443.68, in reality you owe me $89.25.So, when are you sending me my check for $89.25? There is no claim forms informing attached nor shared by you. Last time you sent a clear for with lots of information missing that only you understand. You must pre-fill the form and not me. You know your processes and who you claim it to. Be more proactive, rather than sending complicated forms that only you understand. Besides, you lost the merchandise not Us. TQL has contacted my place of business, ********* ********** ************** *** for YEARS offering to quote their freight services. On multiple occasions we have allowed them to do so, spending time providing information on our shipment and follow up calls to discuss quotes. They have come up much more expensive than our current provider each time. One of their employees actually apologized and refused to take the quote process any further because the company could not be competitive / does not specialize in the types of service we need. Since then, each time they call or e-mail, I ask them to take me off of their follow up list/ add me to their do not call list. They are persistent, calling to follow up on my e-mail asking not to call, for example. I have 5 e-mails since Oct 2022 asking them not to contact us, and have had numerous phone conversations in that timeframe asking them not to contact us. This company has been harassing us for years. We have requested over and over again to be removed from their calling list. We do not want to be contacted for any reason. When we request to be added to the do not call list, they pretend to do it, remove themselves from the account, then assign it to someone new. The new person then pretends to not know about the previous complaint and continues to call and harass us until they become angry and rude because their harassing hasn't gained them any business with us. Then they remove themselves from the account and send it to another person. And this goes on and on.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have attempted to add everyone from our office to their no contact list, including phone numbers and emails. I requested they add another email and phone number as well. This additional request was sent directly to their company via email to an address that was provided thru their BBB response. If they do not make the changes requested and we are contacted again, I will submit a new claim on the BBB website.

TQL will not stop calling our business. It is AGAIN at the point of harassment. They had stopped for about 7 months after literally years of harassment but now will not stop again. After using TQL and having a terrible experience ( they lost our shipment, and could not find it, which resulted in one of our own employees going to pick it up ) we opted to not use them again. We explained that multiple times to the multiple callers who keep calling us telling us they are a new customer service rep. At this point we just want them to stop calling us and they refuse to stop. We have asked them to take us off the call list many times, and have explained to them that we consider this harassment at this point. It is like no one is communicating intercompany over there. Every phone call is a new Rep that wants to hear the details of our complaint to try to remedy it. When in reality we will never use TQL again and they continue to call us multiple times a day and week.Business response
