    We hold an “extended warranty” contract with ******** for a ** washer/dryer combination that AAA is supposed to service. The washer is broken for more than 9 weeks and AAA is unable to even send someone for repair. The first appointment resulted in a no-show. The second (4 weeks later) got canceled by them the night before “because someone called in sick”. For the third appointment (3 weeks later) the repair guy claimed he was given a wrong address. And the fourth appointment (2 weeks after the third) AAA did not confirm or honor. This service is a scam, not meant to actually do anything.

    I am currently on hold to speak to the supervisor for AAA as our ice maker for our * ****refrigerator has been not working for 3 months. The one and only time someone came to our home, they stated they had the wrong part, left and was never seen or heard from again. Since then, it has been a NIGHTMARE to get this resolved. Apparently, our ticket was closed for 'sanitary issues'. With NO PROOF that it is 'unsanitary' because it ISN'T. As I was writing this, I was hung up on by John. This has to be the most unprofessional company I've worked with and I worked in customer service for 15 years.

    Literally the worst company I have ever used or dealt with. This was a ***** warranty claim. AAA is a part of their network. My microwave quit heating. 1st appointment: 4 hour repair window. Tech never arrived. I tried to be patient and eventually called. The person I spoke with told me the tech arrived, and a blonde woman turned them away. There was no blonde woman at my house, only me. Person called the tech, and I heard the conversation between them. Most companies would have put me on hold to discuss with their employee. Tech was adamant that the woman he spoke to was rude. That is because he was at the wrong house, and they did not call for service. Had to reschedule. 2nd appt: Diagnosis and parts orders. Again, 4 hour repair window. Each scheduled appointment delayed the repair another 1-2 weeks each time drawing out the process to about 2 months in total. Repair never actually occurred. 3rd appt: Attempted to repair microwave. Did not have a small part. Tech told me they were going back to the shop to said part. Tech never showed. After speaking with office person, it was determined they WOULD NOT come back to put the microwave back together. Left microwave in pieces with dozens of screws all over. They had to order the part. 4th appt: Attempted repair again. Microwave wires caught fire. Tech quote that the microwave sounded like "black cat [fireworks]" going off in the house (I was in the basement, so I did not hear this), but he showed me charred wires. I told him I don't want to put the microwave back up due to risk of home fire. He agreed and finished his work, and I took pictures. I worked with ***** on a replacement due to this. I got put back and forth between their warranty company and AAA. AAA would not provide me a copy of their report for the warranty company. Warranty company eventually got a copy which AAA LIED and said I refused service and the microwave did not catch fire. There is more to the story, but I'm out of space.

    Terrible service...took too long to address our issue, then issue wasn't fix, we called back in a few days...Made an appointment to come out today but never showed; even after my husband called to confirm appointment he was told we were 2nd on the list. Initial claim made july 23, 2024 and they were supposed to be back on 8/14 to repair...we have a VM to show they called to say they would be out to service our appliance. I requested ****** taken AAA TV and Appliance Repair (Harrison, OH) to be taken off their contractor list.

    Greetings,I looked into the case. Initially we were out on 8/5 and installed the door lock assembly. After installation, our tech tested the unit, and at that moment, it tested good. Somewhere between then and now, the unit apparently failed again? Sadly, once a "ticket" is closed and billed, we do not have ability to reopen, or add parts to that said ticket. Instead, sadly, the customer must call the warranty provider again, to open a follow up ticket. Once we get this follow up ticket from the warranty carrier, we can then proceed with finalizing the repair. In this case, I checked for follow up tickets, and there werent any in our queue. The only other notes i see, are from our technician saying he called someone on 8/14 both numbers given to us, left messages on both. Few minutes later someone called him back, and they stated service was no longer needed. If this is not the case, we're more than happy to continue with helping repair the machine. We simply need that follow up ticket, please tell them to send it to AAA, so we can finalize this repair for you! I myself, the owner will be in town and will come finalize the job myself!     Your response time to getting to the customer is too slow. Your service technician tried to schedule the service at 6:18 PM when we called and we were told we were second on the list for the day and we could expect someone at the house between 10 AM and 5 PM and receive a phone call 45 minutes before arrival. at 5:01 I called the office and left a message you failed to do what you told us you were going to do. What if I did not have the use of my washer since the end of July that is not good customer service. I have screenshots on the technicians phone calls and they were both after 6 PM. And that is second on your list?

    I have a new washer that does not get hot water. My tech, Tim, was wonderful!! He got to my place EARLY (that almost never happens when repair people come), and pretty quickly diagnosed the problem and assured me that it would be an easy fix. That calmed my nerves and gave me confidence in him.He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be recommending AAA Appliance Repair (Tim specifically) to neighbors !!

    Their overall 1.2 star rating says it all. We're not alone. Their techs are very friendly and helpful. Their appliance warranty service? We request service documentation. They won't give us documentation. Our **** ***** oven we bought in Aug. still doesn't work at the end of Feb. We have gone 6 months without being able to bake things properly. The owner/mgr. just acts like everything is fine with our oven despite multiple tech visits. We've been baking for over 30 years..... We know how ovens work. According to ********** (based on this company's reports) the problem isn't with the oven, but it's USER ERROR! The only error is that we got stuck with AAA as our warranty repair company.

    Greetings,Very sorry the customer doesnt like how the machine is operating. We confirmed the operation with the company who built it, and customer even disputes them! Every part that could have ANY implication into what the customer is experiencing has been replaced as a precaution.....even still the customer disputes the operation! Customer must have been baking in an oven that was BEFORE the great overhaul into ****** **** Compliance!!!! Back "in the day" the machines operated differently as there were no power regulations! Now, they must operate differently to conserve power! Customer sadly has their mind made up, and wont accept reality of the operation. Sorry, we tried, AAA Appliance

    AAA's response to our complaint is different than their response to us personally. Why is that AAA? Are you lying to us, or are you lying to this BB forum? Where is ANY documentation of warranty work that you performed (and that we've requested)? It's telling that AAA is blaming us for non-functional equipment. We still have a burner that you can't boil water on. THIS is somehow "new, energy-efficiency"? Apparently "energy efficiency" has the oven go through a pre-heating cycle AFTER it has already pre-heated. This is more energy efficient? The tech has been very friendly and helpful, but leaves no receipts for his work. Mgt. is evasive and condescending. My original complaint stands.Very truly yours,(But with much dissatisfaction)

    Here's how YOU will be gaslighted if you ever use AAA ---- "Customer sadly has their mind made up, and wont accept reality of the operation. Sorry, we tried, AAA Appliance"We just had a Frigidaire tech examine our "functioning" stove (according to AAA mgt.), and there's still TWO non-functioning parts they're going to replace. We've had a malfunctioning stove since Aug. of 2023. AAA is telling us it's "just all our heads, and the stove is functioning just fine, like NEW stoves are supposed to function."This tone-deaf mgt. will frustrate you to no end. Why would anyone choose to be treated like this business treats its customers?Sincerely yours,Your gaslit customer

    geesh, i'm sorry my vehicle BROKE...you know, kind of like your washing machine!?!?!? very sorry to have disappointed you. Feel compelled to complain to whoever you wish. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise for both of us. Best of luck to you. Take care!!! AAA This is what I got when I had an appointment today to FIX my machine. I'm a one man crew, my vehicle and tools are in shop i wouldn't have been able to fix the washer today....only check it. Then why bother coming out today? I took a day off of work so this guy could come fix and he would not even do that today and would have to come back again. Very very poor service! Sorry, NO SERVICE AT ALL.

    I tried to explain how vehicle had maintenance issue and was in shop unexpectedly. I tried to reschedule the customer repair for Monday, but that wasnt good enough for the customer. Sadly we have no other backup/alternate transportation methods available. Not sure why customer would take a day off work for a TENTATIVE appointment given from her contract company. In today's time, not all repairs require an old school visit to diagnose. Error codes and improvements in technology allow us to pre order parts and make visits, thus saving time, gas, energy, etc. for all parties involved. Most customers appreciate us taking the repair and doing whats best for the customer and their time. We have no reason to delay repairs, we get compensated once the repair is completed, and then go to the next one. Its how we survive, keep the doors open. Sorry werent able to make customer happy.

    This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I was assigned to them through a warranty claim for a deep freeze that I had purchased. They came out and diagnosed the issue reasonably quickly from my claim. The next time they came out a couple of weeks later and did not load the part into the van, so they were unable to do the repair. They then pushed me out another week to come back and do the repair. They were a complete no-show for this appointment. We were unable to connect the following week, because I was out of the country beginning the night of the appointment that they did not show. During that time, they closed the ticket because I was unable to be reached. I contacted them immediately upon my return the following week and tried to setup another repair attempt. The customer service person was sarcastic and childish, and kept repeating the same thing about the claim being closed. I explained how they scheduled multiple appointments where they either did not bring the part or did not show up. They finally agreed after I lost my temper to send someone out. A couple of days later when the repair person showed up, he was unable to get it working with the part that he brought. After this, they contacted me to schedule yet again for another diagnostic appointment. A more experienced person came out for this repair but was unable to determine the actual cause of the problem, so he was to order multiple parts that supposedly would ensure that it would be repaired. Two days later, I received a call from their ridiculous customer service person stating that they were not going to order more parts because they had closed the warranty previously. Needless to say, they got an earful and I contacted the warranty company to get a different repair company assigned. Unfortunately, this is the only company the warranty company supposedly deals with. I could go on. I won't. This company should not be in existence. Please trust me, do not use them.

    My contract holder set an appointment for a service call with a technician from AAA TV Care and Appliance. AAA called me two or three times but I was not home. Each time I returned their calls leaving messages, requesting a time I can talk to them, and anything else to help them connect with me. I was not able to reach a live person and we did not connect.The service call was scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon today. No one called or showed. Finally I called the contract provider back. They checked and said that AAA cancelled my repair. Not only did they cancel my appointment without my knowledge, they did NOT even call me to tell me. I waited for them to come not knowing they had no intention of showing at all.That is not the way you treat customers, if you want them to remain customers.

    We received cancellation notice from the carrier via email. We have zero incentives to cancel or close any repair. Insurance carriers are known for not covering "GASKETS" which is the part in question for the repair. We received the email of the service cancellation, and per the carrier, the customer is to have received the email alert as well. Again, we are willing and want to make every repair! Its how we stay in business!!!very sorry the carrier cancelled your call!!!AAA Appliance Repair

    AAA TV and Repair was sent out by an insurance company to repair our ***** dishwasher which was not latching properly. After an initial inspection, our repairman ordered a part and said he would return in a week. Upon his return, he replaced a part and then worked 3 hours, going back and forth with someone on the phone, until he threw up his hands and said there was nothing he could do. His repair left the dishwasher in significantly worse condition than when he started and then documented the damage as physical damage so that the insurance company would no longer support an actual repair.Two stars since the repairman was kind and seemed to have a heart, but the work was counter-productive and left us as helpless as our repairman was.

    Greetings, This is 100000% inaccurate!!. It is not our decision on which repairs get made and which ones dont! We are under contract that when repairs reach a certain expense, we MUST get approval before proceeding. That was the case here. Multiple parts were going to be needed, and when we submitted the estimate to the repair company it was DENIED by them, not us! We get paid to make repairs, we stay in business that way. We have no incentive to cancel or refuse any repairs! Very sorry, AAA
