Bought a car from them they knew about the brake code and said they would fix it. I had the car less than 12 hours before the brakes failed and I hit a fence. When talking to the dealership they promised to fix the car and damages. They towed the car back to the dealership to fix a month ago. They have consistently lied about fixing the car and I keep getting different stories about what’s being done. I went to see the car and it hadn’t been touched. They have had the car for a month and now won’t answer or return phone calls. They still have the car. They have more than one location and I don’t know which location the car is at now they also refuse to give a car to drive while they still have my car. I have been without transportation for a month. When my mother called today they told her they would not speak to her or me again and hung up on her. When I talked to them they said to bad we aren’t fixing your car now so to bad. Please help !!Business Response

IMRAN IMPORTS Sold a vehicle to the customer, then the customer wrecked the car and IMRAN IMPORTS is not obligated to do anything, but we tried to help the customer out, like we do all our customers we try to help.
But we've done everything that we can do. The customer got into an accident, they need to turn it into theer Insurance Company and make claim.

I bought a car from them about 4 days ago. It was a **** *******. They had it marked as a limited trim and after doing research when I got home found out its the base model **. Also I did a Vin check on the car after I signed all the paperwork. The Vin check reported back that the car was stolen on 07/30/2023. I then asked the dealer if that's true he said no then showed me the dealer report. I seen it went to auction. I then asked why it went to auction and he said frame damage. Keep in mind this was after I already signed all paperwork gave them down payment and everything. I also believe they charged me more than the listing price.Business Response

Bought a **** ***** from Imran Imports and the transmission was acting up in it I call Momo the service manager and he told me to bring it back and I told him it wouldn’t make it back so he sent a roll back after it and he supposed to put a brand new transmission in it so about 2 weeks later he called me to pick it up and I did and on the way home it started doing the same thing so I called Momo back and he told me to bring it back and he would put another new one in it since he had a 6 month warranty on the transmission, that the shop was supposed put in it but that was all bullshit because they took it to ***** dealership and lied to them and used my warranty that I purchased when I purchased the vehicle and I have it in writing where they said they having the dealership fix everything and what was not covered by warranty that they were going to pay for so the vehicle is done they don’t want to stand up to there end of the deal and I have been dealing with this since may and here it is almost half way through October and the warranty they sale is not even close to what they tell you it is so they scam you on that to and I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them they just out for the money that’s all they want is your money and they don’t care about a satisfied. I also stopped by the lot and spoke with Adam and Dave and they was supposed to called me back but he next day and still haven’t they avoid my calls, while we was at the lot my wife was in the car while I was in there and MOMO showed up and almost every person that works there run out and was saying stuff to him letting him know I was there and he left, even Adam that was in the office went out there while I was in another little office and never tried to let me know Momo was there, they simply do not care cause they already got there money.Business Response

On 5/22/2024 I visited imran imports to purchase a vehicle I gave them 2,500 cash and left the lot with a **** ****** *****, on 5/31/2024 I was told that the finance company could not finalize the deal and that I had to return the car and that I was unable to receive my deposit back.Business Response

I bought a car 2 1/2 months ago. Cedrick was my sales rep. He gave me his personal number to contact if I had any issues. I began having issues with the car on my way home to ******. I contacted him, and he assured me the car would be fine to drive back. I returned on Saturday, and their mechanic said it was fine. But it was doing the same thing, I took it to **** ****, and they said it was the gasket manifold and fuel injectors. I returned the car to Fernando their mechanic. They gave me a **** to drive until the car was ready for pick up. I took my car home, and it was the same issues, the engine light came on. I was at a new job, on 30 day probation, and am irritated because I am missing work. A week ago, I am in the line at *********, and the car went into reverse, and began backfiring. I called them, and they said I could take it wherever I want. A week ago, I took it to a ***** dealership who says multiple things are wrong with it: transmission, O2 sensor, fuel injectors and fuel pump. I texted Cedric. to let him know all of the tings which are wrong with it, and I didn't appreciate him selling me this car. I would like to be reimbursed for repairs, or rewind the deal.Business Response

I purchased a 2018 ford escape from Imran Imports on 2/14/2024 I put down 4,000 I was told I was approved by the bank and everything was good I left the lot with my car and all my paperwork about 2 and a half weeks later I get a knock on my door and they said they was here to pick up my car because the bank didn't approve me they didn't show any paperwork stating anything about what they were saying when they can to get my car I called the bank the next day and the bank they told me that I was approved through told me they had no information about my loan or even had anything in their system for me so they are scamming people and not going through real banks and they don't wanna give you your money back!!! they want to try to get you in another vehicle but who in their right mind would do any business with a scamming company like this they need to get shut down because this is ridiculous and I’m not the only this is happening to I’ve talk to other people that had the same experience with them!!Business Response

December 23rd 2023 purchases car 2016 on car payments the car sold for 8,900 on their website. But my contract stayed the vehicle is 12,500 the sales man said that was right because of the warranty but the vehicle has no warranty. The same day the car was driving with no control from the axel I informed the sales rep that warning lights are going off on the dashboard 10 minutes after I left the dealership from purchasing the vehicle. I reached out to the bank to cancel the lease payment because the vehicle was unrealizable. The car was powering completely off while I was driving all warning lights were going off and the car had no wheel control. The sales man told me to call the bank and to report the car is working because everything was fixed as they said. But the warning lights came right back on and the wheel steering was not fixed They took the car back in January 9th due to the axel I got into a fender bender. Today is feb 22nd I still have not had this car every week they say next week. It’s been confirmed from Fernando on 2/9 that no work has been done. After having the car for well over 30 days. The said the appointment is scheduled for the 19th the car will be done today is the 22nd i haven’t had this car long enough to even change the temp plates. I want out of this lease as I as sold car that was not reliable since day 1. They laughed at me when I told them I didn’t feel comfortable taking the car that was after the first lease contract was issued. And canceled by the bank because I have no car. Bought a ***** ********* on 9/08/2023. Didn't even make it home in the car before it broke down. They had to tow it back. It took over a week to get the car back, they had to completely replace the oil pump. The only way they wanted to reimburse us for the inconvenience was with some gas in the car. I complained and got them to put $250 towards the car payment. Now our first payment was due. We were told it would be biweekly and 1st payment was due on the 10th. Checked the app for the finance company last night and it said it was due on the 8th and it was a monthly payment. Tried calling imran back about it and Dave swears the finance company does it biweekly. So now I'm stuck with a monthly payment instead of the biweekly one I was promised, on a car that broke down before I even got it home. Don't make the same mistakes I did, go somewhere else. Its now 11/29 and The bank we financed through sent us a letter saying that they weren't in charge of the contract us and told us they weren't in charge of the contract anymore and imran was. We called imran who told us they were going to refinance us there and to bring the truck in to them. We couldn't bring the truck because it was broken down again for over a month. They towed it. Then told us that the bank repoed the vehicle for a missed payment (no payment was ever missed). Contacted the bank who said that imran bought the truck back from them. When we called imran they finally told us that they did buy the truck back. We couldn't have it back but they would be more than happy to put us in another car. Currently contacting a lawyer for auto dealership fraud. This place is a scam. They want your deposit and then will resell your vehicle after they take it back again. Hello I went thru them for a car I suppose to been approved for it I gave them money for deposit of 1000 dollars I did not sign a spot delivery paper or nothing that says I was pre approved an still drive vehicle an may pay for mileage ok so I had the car almost 45 days I kept calling because I called loan company they said it was denied so the ppl who work here would say there fixing the problem never was fixed so i turned the car over back to them an only got 500 of my money of the deposit I don't feel it's fair never signed know paper for a agreed mileage increase out of deposit so I went to the big boss at the other car lot in Hamilton Ohio he was unfair as well didn't want to give me my money back they all rude unprofessional an don't care about the customers at all they want moneyBusiness Response

My name is ******* ***. My address is **** ******** ******** **** *****. My complaint is about IMRAN IMPORTS LLC at 11901 HAMILTON AVE CINCINNATI,OHIO 45231. I PURCHASED TWO VEHICLE'S ON 05-04-2022. I PAID $25,598 for the **** ********* ****** IT'S BEEN IN THEIR SHOP SINCE I PURCHASED IT. SINCE THEY HAVE HAD IT. IT'S BEEN WRECKED OR SIDE SWIPED. THEY TRIED TO TELL US IT HAD NOT. WE SAW THE DAMAGE. I ALSO PURCHASED A **** ***** ****** FOR $13,000. It also has been in their shop since I bought it. I've had to make several trips to both Dealerships. Because they have two lots. When I first started out trying to work with them. I told whom I thought was the owner I didn't want the cars. I was lied to. I find out he is not the owner. So since day one they have been promising everything would be ok. Alex an employee told me that the cars would be fixed. So I could finally get to enjoy what I paid for. I was told several times to come pick up the cars they're ready.Pay for a ride out there. The car is not ready. I've paid alot of extra money trying to pick up these cars and a lot for these cars.Also the 40 or 45 tag is going to run out soon. I haven't had a chance to enjoy the vehicles none. So I'm asking to get my money back in full. Because I have been getting the run around about these cars the whole time. The ****** has a major oil leak. I was told by ALEX AND DAVE . That's not the problem. When we all know it's a major problem. It was told to me IMRAN replace the turbo twice because oil was leaking into the turbo. I expressed to him I didn't want either car again and that they had to many problems. Like I expressed to you before I need dependable vehicle's to get back and forth to all these doctor's appointments. I have cancer. I have to travel a far distance very often. So I need something very dependable. Alex Dave and Chris all expressed the vehicles were in the best of condition. I had nothing to worry about I bought the two vehicles on 05-04-2022. IMRAN IMPORTS LLC have had the **** ****** and the **** ****** since I bought them. There is something wrong everytime. I pay someone to take me to pick them up. IMRAN IMPORTS LLC has lied to me and I have a witness since day one. I've tried to work with them several times. Now it's to the point I just want my money back. Instead of IMRAN letting the ****** Dealership completely fix our car so we can get a chance to enjoy it. After they reset the key. IMRAN IMPORTS LLC will go and pick our vehicle and have their shop to try and fix the light and the same problem occur all over again. We were also told by the ****** dealership that it was a lot of missing parts and pieces.IMRAN IMPORTS LLC didn't want to pay ****** to fix everything because it cost to much. We still don't know who the owner is of IMRAN IMPORTS.I was told the owner went to ****** Dealership and was upset with them for talking to us about our car. I had to send the service manager paperwork proving we owned the car in order to get info on our car. ****** was told by IMRAN IMPORTS LLC not to tell us what was going on with our car or to talk with us about our car at all.It's been 3 months since I've purchased these vehicles. We keep being lied to about the cars and what's going on with the cars.We were told ****** would be fixing our car completely. That is what we expected. Not IMRAN IMPORTS LLC fly by night MECHANIC.I payed over $25,000 for the ****** and over $13,000 for the ****** to make sure I had dependable transportation.We shouldn't be having any problems with these vehicles at all and have since day one. We were told there was nothing wrong with either vehicle. IMRAN IMPORTS LLC ís selling junk cars at outrageous prices. At this point I would like to get my money back. We have worked with IMRAN to resolve these issues for three months. We are still getting lied to. ****** gave me a list of parts and pieces missing. We we're given a 2 year warranty that no one except. If ****** can complete all of the work on the car and replace all the missing parts and pieces.We can pick it up from ****** Dealership. At this point I don't trust IMRAN IMPORTS LLC. Because we have been lied to from day 1 and promises made and not kept. This has gone on too long. Thank you ******* ***
When we spoke with the GM **** at the ****** Dealership.He told us that the check engine light came on after starting programming the key. The adaptive head lights sensor was on,damage to the head lamps,rear parking aid sensor missing and light was on,trunk interior pieces removed, bolts found in cup holder, transmission release cover missing. Everytime their mechanic works on the car something else goes wrong and we have to wait longer for our vehicle to be fixed. Then we're being told more lies by IMRAN IMPORTS LLC.Do we need to take any steps further. Thank you for your taking your time out to help us. We really appreciate it. Great, thank you so much! I sent pictures and paperwork. To show the ****** has been wrecked. While in IMRAN IMPORTS LLC care. I no longer want the cars. Just want my money back. Which I expressed the same day I purchased them. It was to many issues after they had taken my money. We were promised everything would be taken care of now it's going on 4 months later. I just got the ****** back on July 29,2022 from the purchase date of May 4,2022 It still has a oil leak and a few other issues. It's not safe to drive. I still don't have the ****** because it's been wrecked a few times while in IMRAN IMPORTS LLC care.
The ****** has paperwork and pictures where it's been wrecked while in IMRAN IMPORTS LLC care. There was nothing wrong with the car but needed a new headlight and the roof lining nothing else. Now it looks like it came straight out the junk yard. I just want my money back. I did not pay over $25,000 for a wrecked car. I put all of my savings into the two vehicles. Because I have cancer and I needed dependable transportation to get back in for the to the doctors appointment. Because some of my appt are far away.
