      We purchased a 2015 car from NW Automotive Group and one week later the battery died. To find out it was the original battery and this happened when the dealership was closed for the weekend and my daughter had to get to work. We had no other choice but to buy a battery, but when calling the dealership that Monday and being told that the battery should have been caught by their service department, they chose to do nothing for reimbursement bc it happened when they was closed for the weekend, but if we would have waited and my daughter lose her job, she was still in her probationary period for this job, they would have replaced the battery, which would have been great, but unfortunately they was closed for the weekend and we had no other choices. They were great while signing papers and and taking care of the business side but of no help once actually off their lot with the car we bought. Telling us we should have put our 16 year old daughter in an Uber. They was going to give us a battery but yet they are unable to even offer a couple of days up changes in exchange for the cost of the battery that we had to buy since their service department over looked the fact that it was the original battery in an almost 10 year old car. Something that was their fault in the beginning and they can rectify it in any way, absolutely ridiculous.

      I bought a vehicle from this dealership about 2 months ago. I purchased an extended warranty at the time of purchase. This vehicle has been in the shop numerous times and I was unable to use the vehicle for its intended purpose. The warranty compnay refuses to cover any repairs. I have tried reaching out to the dealership many times about this issue and nobody will return my calls. I would NEVER buy another vehicle from this company!

      Beware Manager Terry is out for the money not for the customer. We got financed for a 2013 **** ******. Terry was contacted that paperwork was all approved and email was being sent. A 10 am appointment was set for the next day to close. Terry knowing this phoned 2 hours after my bank contacted him and instructed us not to come he sold the car. I phoned Terry back and he said first come, first serve. I said paperwork was in order and time was scheduled to close. He stated we didn't even look at the car. I said online and obviously we wanted car we financed and that car is listed. Terry did not care. No apologies just that it is first come first serve. Don't waste your time here there are too many other dealers that are more honest than this dealer. Thank you. ?

      Bought a car From them for over $10,000 they gave me one key and refused to give me the other key. Keep saying they dont have one. When I test drove the car it was a nice looking key but when I bought the car, signed the papers they gave me a different dirty looking one. Check EVERYTHING before buying from them. After they get your money u are on your own.

      They sold me a car that had nothing but problems!! I put over **** worth of work into the car! And we worked out a different payment plan because of how much I had to put into the car and I thought stuff was worked out. Until a guy shows up at my house and starts calling me names, threatening me, and mugged me in the face! In front of my kids! All I tried to do was look at his license plate and get my kids stuff out of the car! And as I was trying to get their stuff out, he started to speed off and dragged me down my street screaming at me and making fun of me in front of everyone! Im suing this company! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They will ***** you over every chance they get! They will physically and verbally assault you and steal from you! Take your money somewhere worth it!

      The customer purchased his vehicle back in June and stopped making payments on his vehicle a month later. We contacted the customer several times, asking him to pay, and that's when he complained that the car was having problems. We asked him to bring it in to be looked at, but he never did. We contacted him again to let him know that we would be happy to amend his account for missed payments if he brings the vehicle in for service, but he still did not come in. After a while, we put the vehicle out for repossession, but the customer was blocking it in with other cars to keep our repossession company from picking it up. We were finally able to complete repossession, and that's when the customer finally showed up, threatening our driver.
