      This complaint is related to non-existent customer service by this company. We entered into a 3 year contract with Clearly Amazing in November of 2021. That contract included service to the lights as needed if they were not working. In 2023, they hung the lights cut and stored for our home and one of the wreaths had most of the lights out. I called and left voicemail x 3 without response. I emailed and got no response. I even Facebook messaged the company regarding the need for service and got no response. So we went the entire season with one wreath lit and one barely lit. Since our contract was up, and the service was poor, we opted to advise them we want out but were interested in purchasing the lights. Of course, they were all ears if they were going to make money. They quoted a super high price for the 3yo lights and said they would deduct $75 for the wreath since those lights do not work. We told them we wanted the $75 credit for no service for the lights as contracted and two different people agreed to process that credit. The last was Aaron F*****. We 2 weeks after the 1st person agreed and never received. Aaron said last Friday he would process it on Monday 1/29/24 and once again we never got the credit.

      Clearly Amazing provided quotes to soft wash exterior of building. During this time, they also pressure washed the entry concrete. Clearly Amazing then went outside of the scope of work provided and pressure washed the Interior of the Porta-cohere, causing significant damage to the popcorn finish. Hotel then furnished $20,000 for repairs, with the understanding that Clearly Amazing would repay the cost. The claim then went to their insurance company who stated that it was not covered under exemptions in their insurance. Our hotel then reached out to Clearly Amazing asking for them to cover the cost, to which the hotel was forwarded to Rob G*********, CEO. We have reached out in excess of 5 times to Rob without a response.

      Owner not Present. The scam consisted you requesting their service. Then they send a crew that takes pictures of them "working" on your property. The pictures are not costumer focused. (Before & After) they are focused on proving they did work on your property. After this, they say they're done and send you an invoice. The property had no discernable difference in the slightest. Pictures from before and after look exactly the same, even zoomed in. They will harass you to pay them for cleaning your place even though the dirtiness is exactly the same to the millimeter between before they touched it and after they said they did something. I don't like doing this report, I don't like to shame anyone's business and it's the first time and hopefully last time I report anyone here. But this is just plain ridiculous. I can't pay for a cleaning service where there's no difference whatsoever. Imagine paying a car wash to clean your car, it comes out the other side exactly as it came in and then the car wash says, you owe us money. When you complain the car looks exactly the same, instead of making it right they say, well, you'll have to pay us more to try it again. It is abusive. I ended up having to figure out how to do their job and ended up doing the job myself and it ended up with a really good result. I want them to stop harassing me for money. I offered them to finish the job and instead they asked for more money. I am being scammed.

      We are sorry that you feel that way. 

      No refund will be given,  you paid no money for the service that was rendered.  We advised prior to the cleaning that the result would not be to your satisfaction,  you still advised you wanted out completed.  We called. When we were onsite and you told us where to find the water which we had to go into an apartment and hook up to a kitchen sink.  We contacted you about the result,  then you proceeded to send us youtube videos on how you wanted it completed.  You did not want to listen nor understand and even said you did not want to listen to any of our explanations of the process.  On  1/8/2023, you again Sent a long email stating how we should have completed the cleaning.  Again,  we are sorry you are disappointed in the result on your building that had not b been cleaned in many years.   To say we did the cleaning when you were not onsite is accurate,  but it was you agreed to and were aware of.  There is no scam to be had.  You did not get your youtube result.

      I ask for the business to do a billing adjustment to $0.00 on the invoice and for the business to cease and desist.

      I did the job myself. They did not warrant their job like they stated they would. When offered to finish it and make it right they instead asked for extra $500 and offered no warranties which I consider dragging a customer into a losing situation where the business can show leverage and get more money without any guarantees that their efforts will even work. It's a losing game for the customer and a win for the business, to me that sounds like swindling.

      The ******* HOA is having numerous issues w/ the holiday lighting display that Clearly Amazing installed. Unfortunately, the resolution has been less than what would be expected. Proper installation techniques were not applied with the display installation causing an abundance of issues they refuse to rectify. 11/1 Lights partially installed -on site during install & instructed that strand of lights on roundabout needed to be raised off the ground about a ft as this was agreed to & confirmed via email by CA on 8/23/22 11/2 Install completed w/ outages -2/3 monuments dark -3/4 trees lit on entry monument -Only 1 section of garland & wreath lit up on main monument -Star still crooked -7-8 strands of lights on roundabout out 11/4 Reprtd bulb out on clubhouse -CA said that the star couldnt be straightened & option was to leave as is or remove 11/5 Reprtd garland down & roundabout lights out 11/7 Clearly Amazing wouldnt reinstall garland as they claimed was removed by construction workers & not wind, though other areas of displayed lights were affected by wind that same time 11/26 Roundabout lights out due to tripped GFCI 11/28 Reprtd roundabout lights not working & strands of lights on ground to CA -CA stated lights were off ground & would be out “sometime this week” 11/29 Supplied pics to CA showing multiple strands of roundabout lights on ground and multiple exposed connections 12/5 Reprtd loose garland on all 3 monuments and GFCI tripped on roundabout 12/7 Reprtd roundabout lights out 12/12 Reprtd that roundabout GFCI tripped over wknd -Star removed w/o notification At $5,320 their customer service & problem resolution was atrocious. We paid in advance in good faith that the display would meet expectations. After requesting a refund of less than 1/4 of the invoice (more than fair as a majority of the holiday decor period is over & ruined), they denied the request & still refuse to resolve any of the above-listed issues.

      We have received your complaint.  However, you have not given ample enough time to respond.  We received your letter on 12/16/2022, responded to our contact on 12/16/2022 to be advised that we would hear back from our contact on 12/19/2022.  As of 12/21/2022, we have yet to hear directly from the contact.  We also received an email on 12/20/2022 at approx 300pm and have yet had an opportunity to respond.  We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our response rate when it comes to the quality of the installation that took more than 1 day to install (rain and issue with finding the electrical sensor), issues with the timeliness to the corrections that needed to be completed due to weather, and the lack of enough electricity to be able to support the entirety of the display.  We have been to your location numerous times and have stayed in constant communication with your contact via emails and phone calls.  As for a discount that you are requesting that is still up for discussion and review.  We have tried our best to accommodate every demand and request that your HOA has made.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

      1.) On 12/16 we were notified by the rep that no discount would be provided.

      Would like to also add,

      2.) Roundabout lights have NOT worked more than they have worked and they are more than 1/4 of the cost of the overall display.

      3.) Vendor never advised the client that this display could not work or be achieved.

        a.) Vendor had billed us $150 for the star and removed it with no prior communication to do so.
