They were very slow in contacting me. At to cancel my first appointment for a follow for injury because of their inability to contact me and took 45 days to get an mri of my shoulder. Now they are claiming pre-existing even though they are clearly at fault. If they were to gotta hold me sooner. We would not even be having this issue.Business response
