    I wrecked my vehicle in August of 2020 and went to JR Body Shop since they were covered under my insurance. They had originally told me that it would be roughly 40 days to complete repairs. I did not get my car back until this summer of 2022.

    The body shop had then told me that any issues that I had noticed on the vehicle was to be put on a list so proper corrections could be made. Please note they received the check for estimated damages from my insurance at the end of August 2020 to make repairs and did not charge me a deductible when they returned the car to me the first time since they took nearly a year and a half to make said corrections.

    I returned the car to them roughly 2.5 months ago as of today's date (November 7th, 2022) to have additional corrections made that were either new problems or existing ones not fixed the first time (fix paint swirls on new paint, add original decals to fenders, fix front splitter, fix rear backup camera, fix rear bumber imperfection in paint, fix front grill deformation, reinstall indicator lights (purchased by me) that originally came on the car before car was wrecked).

    They have continually told me week after week of calling them that the car should be done in a couple of days or the following week. This has been an ongoing issue since the car was originally given to them in August of 2020. I have tried to be extremely patient with them but I do not believe it is fair that they have had my car for going on 2 years while I only had the car in my possession for roughly a year.

    I think it is absolutely unacceptable and that the proper corrections need to be fixed and that my car should be returned to me as soon as possible considering I have been relying on my only other car to get me everywhere. All contracts have been verbal agreements. I believe these are good people that have just been giving me false information as to when my car will actually be done or just not working on my car even though it should've been priority.
