On Saturday, November 18th I purchased a refrigerator from this business. By Sunday, November 19 in the refrigerator was no longer working. I reached out to the owner of the business on Monday morning, which was 20 November. He stated because I didn’t purchase the warranty that there’s nothing he can do about it. This owner did not try at all to resolve the issue even though I did not have a refrigerator purchase from him for more than 24 hours. This owner was very rude and did not care that he sold me a product that didn’t work. When calling in to discuss this issue a second time he offered me 50% off another refrigerator and just take a loss on the one that I’ve already purchased. I also explain to the owner that selling something that doesn’t work 24 hours after it was purchased is bad business especially when you don’t try to resolve the issue. This owner couldn’t care less about the products that he selling, not working he only cares about if a warranty was purchased. Regardless, if a warrantee was purchased or not, you’re still selling bad items that don’t even work for a day. Something she’ll be done about this business because he’s obviously doing fraudulent things. For one, giving the option to pay for items using Zell, which no taxes are applied. And to selling items they don’t work and then screwing over the customer.
