              Really bad place to be at if you are a patient. We had to place my mother here for rehab after she fell and broke her femur bone. She arrived in early may of 2021 and around 2 weeks later she wound up with a really bad uti. The lpn they had working on getting a sample neglected getting one for over 45 days during that time patrick was suppose to run a catheter to get a sample and never did. On july 4th my mother wound up at osu for treatmentand they immediately found the cause for the uti and treated it. Osu ran test on her and my mothers kidneys were running at around 30% from the uti. If the uti would have been left untreated another week or so osu said she would have needed a kidney transplant. We filed a complaint with health department and received notice they were fined from the federal and state agencies for neglect. The lpn's name is patrick and the day i confronted the facility manager mike about it he said patrick submitted his resignation the day before we talked. I am guessing mike knew the neglect was going on and ignored it. This is at the gahanna ohio location on stygler road.
