            My car had been picked up by K & M towing company no later than August 4th, in the middle of the night parked in the ***** ****** lot where there was no visible towing or private parking sign anywhere near me. Them towing my car wasn't the worst part, When I called on August 5th they told me they had my car for 5 days and requested I paid nearly $350 in cash within the next hour. It was IMPOSSIBLE for them to have my car for more than 24 hours since I had driven it previously and I have the location of my car marked in my phone placing my car an hour away 2 days previously. When I went to complain the man had the audacity to tell me I owed him an apology, talked over me for more than an hour when I explained how his math was wrong, and then refused to give me his name or the name of his boss or any other employees. When I insisted I needed at least his name he just continued to demand that I pay a week's worth of fees and told me it didn't matter that I didn't need his name.
