On 6/11/22 at 8:02AM, I was contacted by *** **** via e-mail "Just seeing if you're ready to have your Patio Awning installed? If you have any questions please contact me." I replied at 10:42AM that the awning could be dropped off at anytime but not to install it. At 10:43AM *** **** responds "We'd have to charge you $125 to deliver." I replied at at 10:45 "That's fine, bill me." On 9/12/22 at 11:24AM I sent an e-mail with the subject "Last Chance" in which I repeated the above information and stated "Before I file a complaint with the BBB (again) but this time including the Attorney General's office, do the right thing and drop off my awning at no charge." *** **** responds "Sorry, I dropped the ball on this. We'll drop if off at no charge." As of Wednesday 9/21/22 8:30PM, I still have no awning.Business response

You are correct. The service we were to provide to you fell through the cracks and we did not deliver your awning to you as desired. When you inquired on the 12th, I passed that along to Tom, who apparently admitted to you that he forgot about it, and that we would return the awning at no charge. This was delivered on Thursday the 22nd, though I only found out about this complaint yesterday. Complaint or not, clearly we did not respond timely enough, and for that I apologize.
Were you to want to continue to use our services, I would offer a free spring installation for your inconvenience. I would also understand if you no longer wish to use our service.Again, I apologize for the inconvenience,
