*** ******* is awful she runs the theft division at Kia spitzer on brookpark .. I had my car stolen May 4. From the point of contact with her she was not helpful . She would not even come out her office to talk to me . When I came to tell her my car was stolen . Then when I returned after $ 8000 in repairs some where else because my alarm will still acting crazy . She told me is was my battery. The I didn't hear from her again. I had to call and ask for a manager which was Todd who was helpful which my contact point after that. Almost 2 weeks later deal with Kim again she has me standing at her door for 15 minutes while she talks on her personal cell phone and then continues to have me standing there. Then all her employees being rude and making side comments. By then I was furious to say the situation grew way out of hand is understatement. I told her give me my keys and paperwork and I would deal with someone else . She refused and it got worse . I told her I would slap her , then another customer wanted to get involved out her fingers in my face and told me fuck you. Then 4 or more male employees rushed up to me . Trying to be bullies .. I told them to back up . She still would not walk away . I have never been treated so badly after the fact my car was stolen after the Kia update . I have spent thousands of dollars in repairs at this location . Then to be told don't come back and still have to pay for my service is insane . BEYOND SAD . SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED !THIS IS FAR FROM OVER ! I LOST SO MUCH WHEN THEY STOLE MY CAR .Review from Susan K

Incessant Harrassment! I visited the dealership late April/early May to test drive a Kia Seltos. The rep, Luis, set the test drive, and when I learned that the ****** did not have the same features as my current vehicle I politely declined to test drive the vehicle and attempted to leave. Luis and his associate followed me to my vehicle and threatened me stating I was not allowed to leave their dealership until I spoke to their manager. I become irritated and slightly scared so I proceeded to my vehicle telling them I was leaving. They approached me while I was in my vehicle insisting to know why I wouldn't test drive their vehicle after repeatedly stating I wasn't interested. They proceeded to strong arm me until I left. Following my visit to the dealership I received multiple text messages from Luis, I told him to stop messaging me, then he proceeded to send me physical personal cards to my home, and additional texts to my personal cell phone. His behavior is bordering on stalking, and it needs to stop and Spitzer Kia needs to be held responsible for this. I am concerned that he will show up to my home next.Review from Chinester W

I purchase a 2*** **** ******** from this car dealership. This is my first car note the camera was not properly installed the front of my Jeep is something up under is very unbalanced and they sold me a jeep that has a bad battery. I just purchased this vehicle not even 4 months ago and they are saying that it's my problem. As up under my warranty the only battery that is a hybrid is covered. why would they put a hybrid when I have the original battery. They never tested the battery they claim they did a full inspection and they did not because if they did my car will not constantly need to jump not to mention I signed my paperwork and did not receive this vehicle until after 4 days after and again the back camera was not even properly installing still not installed properly. I text the person ( starts with z) that sold me the car. I have it in black and white (text messages) and I called and left a voicemail for the dealership that's supposed inspected the car. and never received a call back. It took me over a month and I had to go back in person just to get my documentation of me buying this car and again I have this in text message as well. I just left them today regarding the battery I sat there for an hour and was told to take it to the back for them to look at the battery and I be told by someone else they can't help me. I should have brung it in 4 days ago. I have two autistic children that I transferred back and forth to school and I am currently pregnant as a single mother my car note is $800 a month and they know I am on social security. I will never recommend this car dealership to anyone they are not fair and they do not inspect their cars properly.Review from Kyle N

We purchased a Kia Telluride from them and the warranty is NOT bumper to bumper, there is a known issue with the ac condenser being vulnerable on tellurides (google it). The service department is not honest. I would steer clear of buying a telluride. I would also steer clear of the service department who will provide you with promises that they will not fulfill. We have dealt with Chris ****** and he continues to tell us he will have an answer in the next week, every week. Wishing we had bought a different car from a different dealer with a better service department. After about a month Chris finally admitted (after multiple calls) that Kia would not fix the ac condenser. The dealership charged us 200 for a diagnostics fee and Chris promised it would be refunded when he got them to cover the damage under warranty. Unfortunately they did not cover the ac condenser at all and are unwilling to refund us anything for services not rendered.Review from Scott L

Spitzer’s Kia. Tried to take advantage of a first time buyer. (My daughter) with a $2,500 document fee on a $30,000 Kia. This amount was not disclosed until after the deal was nearly complete. The salesman mentioned that there was a document fee, but never disclosed the amount. She walked away and leased from a different dealership. A $2500 document fee - seriously!Review from Mary K

I am complaining about the COMPANY policy regarding faulty engines and putting drivers in danger/peril. I have a continuous oil leak (putting 2 quarts of oil in every month). An "Oil Consumption test" was started on Aug. 17, 2023. By 9/14/2023 my dip stick read under the "low" mark, and I had driven 556 miles. I went to Kia West, as was told when the dipstick reads low. On 9/14/2023 the service dept. told me that, per Kia policy for this test I am to drive 1000 miles before they will review this issue and that I CANNOT add oil or look at my dipstick. I told them I cannot put myself in danger by running out of oil and having my engine lock-up. I drive on the freeway (to several dialysis units) for my job all over the city. The service man just shrugged when I told him this and said, "that's an interesting aspect of this problem". He passed me off to the mgr. who started this test, and I am still waiting to hear from them. I called a private auto repair shop, and the mgr. told me to file a complaint with BBB and to NOT drive without having sufficient oil levels. Last month this dealership charged me for another issue with this engine. I had spark plugs misfiring with the engine cylinder. I have the 100,000 mile/10 year warranty for the engine/transmission and they declined to fix it telling me that it was covered under a "primary" warranty expiring at 50,000 miles. At that time, I had 54,000 miles on it and was NEVER told about this. I'm so hoping that BBB will step in and assist me (and others) in this situation.Review from Mitchell H

DO NOT GO TO SPITZER SERVICE CENTER. I am stunned to see any good reviews for this service center. They have had my brand new, 650 mile Kia Sportage for 2 weeks now. After the first week they called to let me know it was fixed. Not even one minute after driving it, it stalled on a major road. They lied about test driving it first, but the receipt clearly states the mileage was the exact same as when I brought it in. One week later, I haven’t heard from them once, and cannot get anyone whatsoever on the phone. The staff that answers the phone (when anyone actually picks up the phone which is surprisingly uncommon) seem helpful, and promise to get me a call back, but one week later I still have not received one. I’m honestly a little impressed how little they care. Avoid them at all costs.Review from Brian E

This place is terrible. The service garage takes forever. I am leasing a car and they made me paay for loaner while it was fixed. Do not lease or buy a car here. There are better Kia dealerships in the Cleveland areaReview from Anthony W M

I have 2018 Kia optima. It has 39,000 miles. I bought the car new. It uses 1QT of oil every 1000 miles. I have had the car in 2 times for this issue. They refuse to fix it. They just keep saying it is a Kia issue.Review from Fred m
