I have been a member of Rain Forest car wash for several years. I recently took my brand new 2024 Jeep Compass through the wash. I went through twice because the wash didn't dry my car. during what I believe the first time through my antenna was broke off. I went through the wash again. when I was finished I got out to dry my car and noticed the antenna was broke. I talked to the managerNichole ******. she assured me that it would be handled by upper management. I repeatedly went back to check on things. she continued to tell me it would be handled. I also asked Nichole for a copy of the video of both washes. Nichole told me she would get the to me. after one week I approached another worker and he told me I should have had the video immediately. In the meantime I took off work two hours on a Saturday to go have the antenna repaired. the dealership was very kind and only charged me for the part. That cost was $62.96 plus my two hours of work which was $45. After the repair I ent back to the carwash again Nichole told me should would get the video to me.I waited again went back a few days later and things was told she washtub allowed to give me the footage. I decide to cancel my services with the wash unfortunately they had already charged my account for another month. so I could still get my car washed until March 22,2024. Yesterday the last day of February I went through and my account came up terminated. I wasn't notified of this change. I was also not refunded the charge. I would like a payment for my monthly charge, damage to my car and wages lost refund immediately. I feel they do not back their business and lie to customers . I have tried to resolve all this on my own. the business just doesn't care!Business response

DNS is used in the car wash for cars with antennas like this. Customer came through and was advised this may damage the antenna and customer complaint that the wash did not touch the roof of the car, went through wash again, after being advised of the potential for damage. Business filed incident report and the claim was denied.

the attending car wash associate told me it rarely rips the antenna off. The first time I went through the equipment wasn’t supposed to hit my car. They won’t allow me to see the video to confirm the damage. I went through a second time because my car wasn’t clean. I was promised by the manager Nichole that she would give me the video of my car going through both times. I also terminated my services and was told I had 30 days to use the wash because they had already charged me. I went back to get my car washed and they said I was terminated. They never refunded my $40. I feel they owe me for the antenna, two hours wages and my monthly fee.
this car wash has a bad reputation since management changed.

I purchased a 30-day unlimited car wash for $9.99. on 7/27-23 with my debit card. On 827-2023 I checked my bank account and they build my credit or my debit card $39.99 for another month when I purchased this program nobody ever explained to me it was a reoccurring charge every month. On August 27th after I noticed the charge I got in my car drove to the car wash spoke with a young blonde girl in the office told her to cancel my membership and I requested a refund she canceled the membership told me she can't issue a refund but when the manager comes in they will be happy to do that for me. As of 8:29-20-23 I received no refund I called the car wash spoke with Carlos explain to him what the problem was he said as soon as we hang up he'll get in the computer and refund the money. As of today 8:30 23 I haven't received any refund now when I call the phone goes straight to voicemail I would appreciate some help getting this money refunded thank you very much have a good dayBusiness response
