As a 27-year-old young professional, I decided to give this dating service a try, hoping to find a compatible partner who shares my active and social lifestyle. From the start, the staff has been nothing short of wonderful and helpful. They have consistently shown attentiveness and professionalism, making me feel valued as a client. Karin, in particular, has been fantastic to work with. She has made me feel like I am in incredibly competent hands and has truly listened to my wants and needs. However, my experience with the matches has not met my expectations. Despite being a paid service, many of the men I have been matched with appear older than their stated ages and do not seem to have a lifestyle compatible with mine. This is disheartening given that I was clear about wanting a partner who enjoys and has the means to travel, partake in local excursions, and go out for dinners and other date-type activities. This implies a certain level of financial stability, which I was surprised not all of my matches seemed to have. After getting to know some of my matches better, it became evident that they did not meet these criteria. I feel there should have been more transparency regarding the dating pool, especially considering the significant investment I made upfront, along with ongoing monthly fees. I would be interested to see how the dating pool outside of Cleveland compares, as it might just be a matter of limited options locally. While I appreciate the excellent support from the staff, I am disappointed with the overall matchmaking experience. I hope the service can improve transparency and provide more accurate matches in the future.

Ashley is always ready to listen for feedback. Still have not met the right person as I believe like anything else worthwhile it takes time. Ashley always pick up the phone to hear the feedback from the date. Kim on the other hand not very good.

If I could give negative stars I would. This was a waste of money and time! Every date they set me up on was a failure! They gave me the exact opposite of what I was looking for 99% of the time and the 1% that they did get correctly did not even live in the same state nearly!!! Seriously if they walked a mile they would be in the next state over. They claimed they would give you monthly dates and I would not even get called monthly…sometimes it would be every other month. This company is a joke and a scam!

Some of the men you gave positive feedback on while others you thought were closer to a friendship. We wish you all the best.

So far, so good. I was apprehensive but this is a good way to cut out the bs of dating apps and meet quality people. Been a member for 3 months so far and have had 3 quality dates. And the dating coaching has been invaluable. So glad I am not wasting my time any more!
