My first dental appointment at this Dental office it had a different name Webhe Dentistry. In January 2021 I went for a complaint about pain and I specifically asked about an cap or extraction. Dr. W**** said the tooth could be saved and after a deep scaling I should no longer have pain. I got the deep scaling done in 2 sessions. I called back in less than 30 days for pain in the same tooth ,but I also had a filling scheduled Dr. W**** said it was just a couple minor spots he saw on the same tooth to fill. During the filling it turned out to be rotted very deeply. Dr. W**** said he packed it and filled it and I shouldn't have any more trouble and he prescribed a numbing toothpaste. The toothpaste didn't work and I called back because the same tooth was still in pain. Dr w**** recommended a root canal and said he gave me a root canal on the tooth even though I complained of pain in the tooth all the way to the end of my procedure. I was in pain and my husband told me with a root canal the nerve should be dead and I shouldn't feel anything. I am still in pain went back for an exam and dr. W**** recommends going to a specialist who only does root canal to give me a recommendation. I want a refund of these unnecessary dental procedures Dr. W**** recommended that did not work and the fact that only specialists are supposed to do root canal. I still need this tooth extracted and I paid cash for all procedures because I don't have medical insurance. I also want the bank account connected to this dental account to No longer be debited $41 monthly for the unnecessary dental procedures recommended and did not fix the problem and I still have to get done.Business response

This is Anthony H****, the dentist who is the new owner of Dr. W****'s practice. I reviewed all of the chart notes, radiographs, and photography of your teeth while you were a patient here and spoke with Dr. W**** about your case.
I am truly sorry that your tooth is still bothering you, and that the treatment and therapy provided to you here has not worked as well we all would have hoped. That being said, I do not believe that any treatment that was provided to you was unnecessary or inappropriate.
I have never met you, but still want to do what is right and fair. Your $41 monthly payment is towards the Healthy Smiles Dental Plan, which is for the annual discount plan offered at our office. Your last payment for that is scheduled for December 2021, and I will attempt to halt that payment for you. If you want to discuss the treatment that was provided, what I would recommend at this point, or the balance on your account, please call the office and I would be happy to talk to you. If I don't hear from you by the end of the year, I will assume that you will be seeking dental care elsewhere.

I was under the care of this Dentist starting January 2021. My initial appointment was for an extraction. Dr. W**** the dentist told me I did not need an extraction and that the tooth could be saved. After having for procedures done with Dr. W**** from January 2021 Through May 2021 I have 2 cracks in this tooth. When I saw Dr. W**** for the first time in January 2021 my tooth had no cra ka in it. Dr. W**** took pictures at each appointment. Particularly the before and after pictures of the filling he did on the tooth. In the picture you can see the minimal look of decay before he drilled. After drilling you can see the depth of decay in the tooth before Dr. W**** filled it anyway. Before Dr. W**** filled this tooth I said does it need to be extracted because the level of decay was a surprise to him. Dr. W**** said no, this tooth can be saved. Dr. W**** filled this tooth even though he never reached the end of the decay in the tooth while drilling. During the root canal that Dr. W**** performed in May 2021 he had already given me 2 shots to numb my mouth before he had his assistant bring in a waiver for me to sign for the Root canal.
