Contacted this business in late March 2022 for electrical work needing to be performed at a rental property. Contractor requested a deposit of $2250.00 to perform the work and was given this with a check on the day requested. Came out a third day with the electrical inspector from the City because he had some questions. Electrician was unable to determine at first whether the electrical to the home was 200 amp or not the City confirmed this and ask if he was licensed but contractor said it was through someone else. Asked for a requote of the job, a scope of work to be performed, and for contractor to get a permit with the City after determining the initial quoted job was incorrect and that the scope of work would be less than originally determined. Have requested a return of the deposit and have received nothing to date. Used **** ******* to obtain this contractor for this job.
