We have asked to be on the do not call list, and they have called 4 more times, playing the game of 'my notes don't show that'. They are not a company who is trustworthy, each time called after the request of do not call they all 4 profusely apologized and promised they would make sure we are called again. So after 1 request 'do not call' & 4 calls after that, and 4 promises with each of those 4 calls, not one did what they said they would do and get us flagged properly to DO NOT CALL.Review from jennifer M

I spoke to Shelby today with Integrity Energy. I explained that we have asked many times before to put our name on the do not call list. She was very persistent. Insisted we already have a contract and we need to renew our contract. (they have been saying this for my entire 25 month employment) They call about 4 times a week. Its becoming bothersome.Review from Denise C

Any lawyer out there that wants to take on a class action lawsuit against this company for constant harassing phone calls after being told to be removed from their calling list please let me know. You will have a winning case for sure.Review from Dawn N

Total scam! Lied to me about the price. Also did not say how much it would for early termination fees. Scammers.

***** Integrity Energy signed you up with a very reputable supplier on a fixed rate agreement that was well below the utilities market based variable rate in March of 2023. Integrity Energy does not provide early termination fee amounts unless we receive notice of cancellation from the contracted supplier. The customer is agreeing to fulfil their contractual obligation in good faith. Integrity energy has been your broker since March of 2023 and has operated in good faith. Will not stop calling our company no matter how much we have asked to be removed from their lists. This has to be harrassment, or a violation of something! When I say "you just called here two days ago" they say "well I personally didn't call you"... I don't care who in the company is the caller. I do not want to get involved with integrity, I've asked to be put on a do not contact list for the whole company. More than five times I've had that direct conversation with someone. And then today the woman tried to confuse me by claiming she IS calling on behalf of our current supplier... bull. Integrity, if you read this. stop contacting ******* ********* ******* from Altoona PA or next step will be to file a true report with BBB.Integrity Energy Response

This company calls relentlessly and violates DNC rules. I have asked them numerous times to be removed from the call list, and still they call. Today the caller called back a SECOND time, less than two minutes after the first call, in which I asked to be removed from the call list. On the second call, he tried to convince me that he's hired by Duke Energy to inform me of my rate hikes and to negotiate the rates on my behalf. Again, I said "remove us from your call list," to which he replied that there is no call list. The callers use manipulation tactics to try to convince people they're working on behalf of their current energy provider. LIES and VIOLATION of DNC!!!Review from Sr G

Good service and help a few years ago, but now to pushed and not the same quality.
