Business ProfileforPulp Juice and Smoothie

I went into this pulp almost everyday on the days I work. When I go in there I have a problem when the same crew is working. Now to back this up, I’m a white woman and I work in a mostly African American neighborhood. I’m a nurse at an urgent care and I work near this pulp. I had the worst day I’ve ever experienced in a business today and I don’t know who to tell about it. It was busy on 4/25/22 when I went in around 1:30pm. I placed my order and after waiting for 25 min and, watching people behind me leave before me, I asked about my smoothie. They never made it, didn’t even start it. They put my ticket to the side and moved on to everyone else. A girl started to make my smoothie and left it on the counter unfinished after realizing it belonged to me. She went into the back of the store followed by her co-workers and struck a conversation. A man stepped in to finish the smoothie and left out the vitamins I paid extra for. I have absolutely not understanding of why this was done to me, other than the fact that they were all African American and I am Caucasian. I was the only Caucasian in the store and the only person that was completely dismissed. The people that work here should never work in customer service. This place is the worst pulp I’ve ever been to. They always have rap music loud on the speakers. The employees worry more about talking to each other than serving customers. This experience is completely unacceptable. I went back to work in tears because this experience was truly upsetting. I’ll never go there again. I’ve contacted a lawyer also.
