I ordered a coffee maker from BestMarkKitchen.com (see attached receipt). At the top of the merchant's website (see attached screenshot), if clearly states "100% Money Back Guarantee" AND "Free Shipping and Returns on all orders over $99." The cost of the coffee maker was $119 - clearly greater than $99. Upon delivery, I was not satisfied with the coffee maker. I tried to contact BestMarkKitchen.com via telephone but there was no answer. Shortly after calling, I received a text from ************ (no name or identifying information) saying "I'm at work. I don't swear to answer the phone. You can text." After confirming this was in fact BestMarkKitchen.com (again there was no name or identifying information) and asking for a refund, they said "We only allow returns for products when they are damaged." This is clearly inconsistent with what is prominently displayed at the top of the merchants homepage on their website (see attached). I have a complete record of the text conversation (not included here). Suffice it to say the tone of the merchant’s responses were impolite if not rude. I find BestMarkKitchen.com business practice in this case to be deceptive if not fraudulent. I am simply asking the merchant to honor what they say at the top of their website. I hope that the BBB can help facilitate a resolution to this problem. In addition, I hope that the BBB will warn others about doing business with BestMarkKitchen.com in the future.
