  I had landscaping performed last year. There was one bush that did not take (it actually blew over 3 times and the company did come out and straighten and re-stake). I have been trying since May to have this replaced. I have called and texted and at first did get a response (via text never a returned phone call). Since June 17th I have gotten no response to any of my calls/texts. On July 2nd I personally went to the establishment and met Kevin (the person I had been corresponding with). He stated he would take care of it by the end of the week of July 12 and would contact me in advance. I texted him July 10th and 11th for status with no response. I just want my bush replaced as there is a 1 year warranty on the plantings. Kevin’s cell is (xxx)xxx-xxxx (the business no. was disconnected which is not a good sign). Thank you

  *** ******* of Costello Landscaping planted nine (9) green giant arborvitaes last year at my property in late June. This May, I reached out to *** ******* at Costello Landscaping to inquire about a few of the arborvitaes which appeared to be dying in view of the warranty. I left voicemails for the company on May 24th and June 8th which went unanswered. I then emailed the company, including Tom Vetrick, on June 19th stating that I have not heard back and requesting a response. On June 21st at 5:42pm, I received a response from *** ******* asking if I would be available on Friday June 23rd at 10am to come out and look at the trees. I replied to this email at 8:33am on Thursday June 24th stating that I would be available. The company did not show up for the 10am appointment on Friday June 23rd. I emailed the company on that same Friday at 1:04pm stating that no one showed up and requesting a new date to look at the trees. No response was received. I emailed the company again on July 5th requesting a response. No response was received. I texted the owner *** ******* on August 1st stating again that I had not received any reply to my prior emails and asking when he can come look at the trees. No response has been received. Costello Landscaping needs to come out to look at the trees and address the situation.
