I first used Best Greening Services in 2022 and was incredibly frustrated with their service. I had purchased a package and paid in advance, so I decided to complete the full program. I don't know if they forgot about me or what, but I had to call numerous times to find out when they were treating my lawn because they never showed up. They would give me a date for a service and never show up. On top of that, my lawn had more weeds than before I hired them! I was disgusted, but thought I'd give them another chance. Big mistake. After expressing my concerns and frustration numerous times and being assured the service would improve, I'm getting burned again in 2023. Same issues - services not being performed on time and weeds continuing to multiple in my lawn. If I didn't call to remind them, they wouldn't show up! I'm beginning to think Best Greening Services is scamming its customers. I've made so many phone calls and complaints, I've lost track. Avoid doing business with Best Greening Services, unless you don't care what your lawn looks like.

I'm so sorry that this has been your experience and we are disappointed to receive a one star rating, as we have tried our best to accommodate your lawn care needs. The timing for the Early Summer and Grub application are timed appropriately for the season. I show that those services were done last Friday and we do still consider this "early summer". However, we will cancel services at this time and send a full refund to you, including all applications completed in 2023 and the early summer/grub prevention done last Friday. We do guarantee our services and make good on the applications provided, and do not scam customers. We wish you the best of luck with your lawn for the future!

Charged be for a service I never signed up for because I had previous year . Called to complained and they still charging me then sent a notice adding fees. Horrible business practice and super work.

We do request a notice of cancellation, just to let us know that you no longer want the service, otherwise you stay on our schedule for the following season (as stated on all correspondence we leave). As discussed with our CSR in April, we are willing to split costs with you. Late fees are accrued automatically if we do not receive a payment in 60 days from the date of the service, however all fees were waived at this time and nothing further is due and your account is at $0.00. I had Best Greening services for the past 2 years 2020 & 2021. My lawn has never looked worse Both seasons I had numerous weeds, clover, dandelion s,crabgrass and GRUBS. They treated for GRUBS in 2020 and never killed the GRUBS. I found them in my lawn because of the damage caused by them They came back upon my request and reapplied the grub treatment without any success. I had also called them numerous times to retreat the weeds etc area and supposedly they did my lawn was still full of weeds GRUBS etc. I used them for 2021 and my lawn was even worse than the previous year I had called them numerous times regarding the weeds cover crabgrass dandelions without any relief They came in fall to treat for GRUBS and once again my lawn was destroyed from GRUBS I called them and they came back and reapplied the grub treatment without any success My entire yard was destroyed from GRUBS. I refused to pay them for the last 2 treatments because my lawn is an absolute mess. It's worse than not being treated at all Now they've sent me to collections due to their negligence. I am going to file a claim in court because they should've reimbursed me for the entire 2021 season as I have to replace my lawn. I wouldn't recommend this company to treat a junkyard.

My yard has not looked this great in years. Very professional service and if you’re not happy with a treatment, they will come back and spot treat again. They take pride in their service.
