I am under a garnishment with this company and on March 17 2023 the balance was $4,664. This amount was including interest up until that day. On march 23 they received my state taxes in the amount of 634.21 that should have been added to my balance and lowered my amount due. I started getting garnished 25% of my checks in may. I had been speaking to an employee named Addison for the past few months and when I called on November 29 I was informed he was no longer with the company and the transferred me to Michael S. I wanted to find out how much was left on the garnishment and he told me $932. I felt that balance was incorrect he assured it was right. He started they have received 3,672 from me. We got of the phone and that evening I went over the numbers again and they are not correct. I called today and he was not even attempting to listen or understand what I was saying he stated if there is any over payment it will be refunded and I do not trust that because of my findings. So far according to my last paystub I have paid $3,815.53. The court takes there fee and the document from the courts says that Keith D w***** has received 3,649.21. Per Michael the last payment was received on November 17 and I had paid so far 3,672 and $935 was still owed on the account. They have not included the 634.21 other wise I would not still owe this much. I do not believe them when they say if I over pay they will refund me because he could have just easily went over the numbers with me and made the adjustment instead he hung up in my face.
