Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company - Secure Lending Incorporated and Mehedi Hassan. My experience with them was a total disaster. They had over 30 days to complete a straightforward deal, but they failed miserably! I am an experienced investor and gave all the required information to close this loan to the loan officer Mehedi Hassan within the first 2-3 days of getting an accepted offer. On the day of the supposed closing, on a deal in which I was purchasing with over 60k IN EQUITY I didn’t even get a call from Mehedi, to my surprise, he had his assistant, Cristal (the only bright spot at this terribly run company) who delivered the news that my application was still stuck in underwriting and they needed more information. What's baffling is that the information they needed on that day had been sent to Mehedi during the very first week we started working together. Mehedi's communication skills are abysmal. My realtor referred me to him, and initially, he was responsive. But the moment I had the property under contract, he went radio silent. It felt like he gets your business and then moves at his own sluggish pace, regardless of your timelines which is impossible to do when you have a contract. In the final three weeks of my closing, I didn't receive a single call from him. I tried reaching out through every means possible - phone, text and email - with no luck. I even sought help from his assistant Cristal and my realtor and Mehedi promised to get in touch and never did! In a nutshell, my advice is clear: stay away from Secure Lending Incorporated. My experience was a total waste of time, effort, and money. Thankfully, I had an alternative lender in Chicago that closed my loan in just a week but cost me expedited fees. I initially gave Mehedi a chance due to my realtor's referral, but it was a mistake I'll never make again. Spare yourself the frustration and headaches - look elsewhere for your lending needs.

To make matters worse, the information they required on that day was already given to Mehedi during our first week of working together. Don't let their incompetence cost you valuable time and money like it did for me. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out during the final three weeks before the closing, we have yet to receive a response from him. My partner and I have tried all possible means of communication, including phone calls, text messages, and emails. We even sought help from his assistant, Cristal, and my realtor, but to no avail. Despite promising to get in touch, Mehedi never kept his word. I strongly advise you to avoid Secure Lending Incorporated. My experience with them was a complete waste of time, effort, and money. Thankfully, we were able to find an alternative lender in Chicago who could close my loan within a week, although it came with an added expedited fee. Although we initially gave Mehedi a chance based on my realtor's recommendation, it was a mistake I would never repeat. I recommend that you avoid the frustration and headache that comes with dealing with Secure Lending Incorporated and find another lender who can better meet your lending needs.
