These guys don't deserve to have ANY stars. This is how bad my service was with them. Simply put. I paid them to clear the " check engine " light in my vehicle. They said that one of my catalytic converter needs replacing. So I had them replace it. The " check engine light was off the dashboard. Not even 3 days later the " light " comes back on again. This was back in December of 2022. According to them. They said that " because they fixed the one converter , that the other went out ". Let me be clear ! When I first took my vehicle in to them. My scanner tool had a code of P0420. Upon reading my receipt more carefully. They said that " it was P0430 that was showing so they fixed it instead ". And now after paying them more than $1,100 for the first converter. Now they wanted me to spend another $1000 to replace the other one. Feeling like I had been robbed. 2 days later I chose to take my vehicle to a different shop to have the other one replaced. Cost me $800. So now both converters have been replaced. And the check engine light was still on. So again I go back to them to have the issue resolved. But I was told that " his $7000 scan tool's results were accurate " and it was an electrical issue. His words verbatim !!! And recommended a place called " ***** ***** ". I then took it to a Chevy dealer, who diagnose it ($150). Which stated that " I needed to replace my converters. So now in June, i decided to take my vehicle to ***** ***** upon his recommendation. Figuring maybe he was right. Only to have them ( ***** ***** ) tell me that there were " aftermarket " converters placed on my vehicle. And this is the reason that the " check engine " light is still on. So when I went back to " rainbow " to tell them what was said, he only offered to warranty my converter out. And that's all he can do. It is now the end of July. OVER 6 months later. I just had both converters replaced, AGAIN ( $3400 - OEM parts). The light is out on the dashboard. The car running good.
