Realtor from Remax Thomas from ********** ***. Showed our home and ledt basement rug ripped, my cat in a cage was extremely afraid, he left windows opened, every single ligth on, closest doors opened and blame it on our daughter. We leave our home trusting realtors to leave home as it was left.Customer response

I would like an apology from the business to be public and understand if they are taking corrective measures with this individual, as well as some retribution for the damage rug. I did speak to a manager but it was like she is used to hearing the same thing. No empathic barely : I understand" , Real State Agents have code of conduct and this person does not follow it.
