Our older home had some unusual challenges for our porch roof and gutter system. ARC gave us the greatest confidence of all those who bid the job that they knew what they were doing and that the job would be done right. Communication beforehand was great; they took the time to answer all of our questions, and came out a second time in the bidding phase to ensure that the scope was understood and we had the best plan. The install team was courteous and fast, and left a clean jobsite behind. Great customer experience from ARC. George and Donnie were a pleasure to work with; I highly recommend this team.Review from Tonya B

Knowledgeable crew. Quick and efficient. Donnie was very helpful. He gave me an honest, detailed description of what our roof needed. They helped with a siding issue as well. I will use these guys again in the future.Review from Maria S

We love our new roof. What a great job these guys did. Very professional and thorough throughout the whole process. Just incredible to get the job done in one day. When they finished, you wouldn’t even know that they were there, except for our beautiful roof. Thank you.

These guys did a great job on our roof. They were flexible and willing to work with us and our budget. We had one complaint which we shared, and they came right back and addressed it and fixed it. They also return calls or texts promptly and show up when they say they will. I’d recommend them to anyone.Review from Aaron M

George, Antonio, and the ARC team did a great job replacing and painting a large portion of our homes cedar shake siding which was in desperate need of repair. They only quoted what we needed done, didn’t up sell, and did great work. They treated our house like their own and did a complete clean up and helped take care of some additional minor work. I contacted ARC Home Improvements late Saturday morning through the BBB website and George responded within the hour. After talking with him, I felt confident his was the company I wanted to do business with. I sent him a picture of the repair that needed to be done on my garage siding. We discussed the options of using new trim or the original piece I had saved from the windstorm. After some consultation George sent me an estimate that I know was very fair. George sent a courteous and knowledgeable crew to my home the following day and they made the repair. The garage trim looks great, and the work was professionally done. Without hesitation I highly recommend ARC Home Improvements and plan to call them again when I need a new roof. Thanks George!
