Dave and his team are amazing and I would highly recommend their service. There was a quick turn around to fix the urgent issues and we were handled with the best care. In addition to a high quality of work, their professionalism and compassion brought us comfort in a difficult situation. I had Ohio Roofing replace my roof in 2023 and they were the first company I called for a siding repair in 2024. They replaced some damaged trim and panels. Going above and beyond, they repaired some brick mortar joints to stop a basement leak that I had thought was caused by the damaged siding. Ohio Roofing Siding and Slate did a fantastic job with my roof! They started the roof replacement around 7AM and worked tirelessly till almost 7PM. My new roof looks great and when they were finished, you couldn't even tell they were there! Everyone was friendly, courteous, hard-working, and approachable. They didn't have to be told what to do, they knew their job and did it very well. And best of all, they were extremely helpful when it came to filing an insurance claim, which is unknown territory for me. I can’t thank them enough for such a great experience. Dave and John worked very hard for us from the original quote to the day they arrived with the crew to start our tear off. They were honest and very detailed with us through the whole process. The roof was suppose to take one day but when the shingle company did not deliver shingles to finish the job, Dave and his crew worked in the snow yesterday which was not expected and finished the job! These guys were great! I had repairs done on my roof and they secured a chimney cap. The were courteous and honest and they got the job done at a good price! A level of service that is becoming hard to find these days. They earned a new customer with me.Ohio Roofing Siding and Slate LLC Response
