The Roofing Specialist (Sean) and the Office Manager (Carmen) were top-notch professionals, throughout the entirity of my rental home's roof replacement process! Together, they thoroughly explained all relevant processes - successfully eliminating "surprises" and appropriately level-setting my expectations. SureRoof interacted seamlessly with my insurance carrier and replaced my roof as scheduled, without any cost variances! SureRoof has won the contracts, supporting Annual Inspections for both of my (Rental) and (Primary Residence) locations - occurring 3-times each year!! Call SureRoof IMMEDIATELY... 5 starsAm very impressed from the Services Provided by SureRoof, I was coordinating with Seth Rutzel & Steve for my house siding replacement. Seth and Steve both are very helpful and they kept me updated about the complete process. Siding replacement Crew also did the great job and they took just 3 days for full siding replacement and new siding looks very beautiful. Thanks to SureRoof for awesome work.Review fromSim J

5 starsPromptly came out to diagnose the problem caused by another contractor (failure to install ice guard under siding on a vertical surface along a lower roof section) and then to take the time to effect repairs. Would definitely use them again for my next project.Review frompeter k

1 starSure roof did a good job with my roof but when I had the son Geno and his Buddy Joe do side work it was a nightmare, I had to call them 50 times to get them to come out and finish a job and joe was drinking beer on the job and it showed in his work they started to get lazy and did lousy jobs and finally they just never finished a few jobs took the cash and left and i was glad to see them go i would rather get a tooth pulled at the dentist than deal with them again.Review fromBrian B

5 starsSeth coordinated a major home improvement project for our family -- assessing causes of our ceiling's chipping paint, bringing in Ozzie who made the ceiling like new, working with our home insurance agent to cover most of the cost of the damaged roof, and bringing in their whole team of roofers who replaced the entire roof in a single morning. Since then (late spring), both the roof and ceiling have survived the hottest and coldest days, with no trouble. The project was a great investment in our home. I recommend them.Review fromAnthony L

5 starsSteve **** went above and beyond make sure that our insurance company covered everything that was damaged on our roof and siding and helped us through every step of process. 5 starsOutstanding service from Sean every step of the way. Handled all the communications with the insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly. 3 different teams worked on the roof replacement, soffit repair and gutters, and all were professional well coordinated and did great work. Also went out of their way to satisfy neighbors with a couple of their minor worries. Price was just as promised despite finding unexpected issues that needed addressed.
