Had a rep come out for and estimate. After he calculated costs, he started a high pressure sales tactics. I refused to commit that day. He got man and stormed out and slammed my door. So unprofessional, Do Not Use this roofing company!Review from Ben G

Thank you for taking the time to explain why my roof needs ventilated properly we had the roof installed now for 6 months and my attic has never been dryer and an less humid and hot. Trevor kicks ass! He is probably the best roofer in Cleveland. He kept the guys working and hydrated and my property was clean when they left.

These guys are great! Trustworthy, reliable, and do an impeccable job. We had wind damage in a recent storm. We made several calls to several roofing companies, but Steve and Chris were the first to show up, they were the only ones who showed up on time, and their communication was amazing. They dropped everything to meet with the insurance adjuster when he came to the house and it was a seamless job. One day, done and dusted, cleaned and they picked the dump trailer up the next morning at 7:30 a.m. It's hard to find reliable contractors, but we really felt like this company and their team treated our house like it was their own home.The Third Estimate Response

I had a roof leak two weeks ago and I got the Third Estimate to com out in the rain to temporary repair my roof. The leak stopped. Then last week they replaced my roof and offered me a 50 year ***** ******* Warranty that no one else could offer because of their preferred status the warranty is backed by ***** *******! I love my new roof and thank you.The Third Estimate Response

I wish there was zero stars. I had them come out to give another estimate on my roof as I have had others come out. I know my roof needs replaced as it’s over 20 yrs old. Both other companies agreed and said there was no storm damage on inspection. This company came out, looked at my house and roof for 5 min before trying to talk me into signing with them “There’s so much storm damage on the roof and the siding is all messed up, just call the insurance and we will deal with them”. Jokes on them, my insurance guy is my neighbor. I called the other company back and had them come back out. They showed me the pictures of my roof before and after this company came out, this guy took my shingles in straight lines and bent them trying to look like storm damage. DO NOT use this company! They will do anything to get the insurance money.Review from James R

I do not recommend the 3rd estimate. Very poor communication and no job supervision, missed appointments, and mediocre work quality. I had new siding and roofing installed. Started last September and finally finished this April. ??Review from James R

My salesman Josh ***** was on time for when I scheduled a time for my estimate. Josh was very informative when it came to the shingles I picked out and how the job would be done. Josh is also a genuine nice person to talk to. I would definitely refer him to my friends.The Third Estimate Response
