    Back in earlier 2021 I looked for a washer and dryer for me and my sons. I came across Brandon with all around appliances ,we agreed on a whirlpool Washer and dryer. Sadly after 1 day neither of them worked. I reached out to Brandon immediately via call and text, he said he was going to send his technician Toni to diagnose the problem. After several attempts Toni did come out and he said that the heating element in the dryer was the problem and that he would be back with the part. He had supposedly came back with the part to replace and spent quite a while attempting to fix the dryer, the entire time telling me that this wasn’t a good set and making me very uneasy. After his fix it still did not work and I asked the owner Brandon for a refund or replacements and he said he didn’t have the inventory and then continued to do dodge calls for several weeks. I reached out recently and Brandon first promised replacements and then after a no show he sent out a tech but didn’t finish.

    If I could rate less stars I would. This whole experience has so been so alarming and horrid. Do not trust this place. Back in earlier 2021 I looked for a washer and dryer for me and my sons. I came across Brandon with all around appliances and we agreed on a whirlpool Washer and dryer, pictures are attached. I was very excited to finally get a washer and dryer but after 1 day neither of them worked. I reached out to Brandon immediately via call and text, he said he was going to send his technician Toni to diagnose the problem. After several attempts Toni did come out and he said that the heating element in the dryer was the problem and that he would be back with the part. He had supposedly came back with the part to replace and spent quite a while attempting to fix the dryer, the entire time telling me that this wasn’t a good set and making me very uneasy. After his fix it still did not work and I asked the owner Brandon for a replacement, at that time he stated that he didn’t have the inventory and over the course of the next few weeks I would attempt repeatedly to get my replacements and he quit returning my calls all together. Having two kids during the pandemic and no additional money I really wasn’t sure how to proceed. I did recently talk to a friend of mine who is an attorney and we decided to move forward to either try to get my money back or replacements. I reached out to Brandon first to try to resolve this one on one and he actually did respond back to me this time and said that he would have it replaced this past Saturday but just like last time Saturday and Sunday came and went and I heard nothing from Brandon or his associate Julio who he said would reach out to me. Once Monday arrived he said that he was going to have a another certified technician come out and repair them at first I was a little upset because again this isn’t what we agreed on and I didn’t want to get screwed over again but I allowed the gentleman by the name of it Jay. The guy seems to be knowledgeable and he was very nice. He told me that no one had replaced anything on the dryer and that the previous guy had lied which was very alarming. He said that the heating element needed to be replaced in the dryer and the stabilizers in the washer. The tech said he would be back the following day with it. Now it’s the following day and Brandon is refusing to repair it and he’s telling me to have my attorney call him. The tech took apart the dryer and left it in the basement and Brandon had no intentions of coming back to fix it. So now I’m a mom of two with a unsafe basement area and no washer and dryer. If I can recommend anything it is that you stay far far away from them I am filing a police report and a report with the Better Business Bureau for both contacts. My attorney will handle it from here. Also I have all the text messages from earlier this year till now attached to this comment just so no one thinks that I’m a disgruntled unfair customer because all I wanted was the working washer and dryer I paid for.
