              I have been trying to pay my bill with Cleveland Water for over 2 months now and it keeps getting rejected by them. When I call them I get put on hold for hours. Sometimes over 5 hours and no one answers the phone. They never call back or have offered any help. I am trying to pay them so my water doesn't get shut off. I would like for them to contact me so I can give them money and they don't shut off my water. They website also doesn't allow me log in to my account. It's shocking how poorly run they are.

              I had an appointment for the water department to work on my meter today from 12:00-3:30 so I waited on the front steps from 12:00-5:00 for them to show and they never did! No notice left and no phone call though they claim they "tried to contact me". How?! Smoke signals?? They sure didn't call or come to the door. 5 hours of my life on a Saturday wasted without so much as a place to piss because they won't turn on my water and don't know what "appointment" means! I want to be able to move into my house. This should not be this hard.
