We used this company for interior door and rail replacement as well as a full kitchen remodel. Our doors we were told would take about 3 days. After 3 weeks, they were finally hung and mostly all the way painted and the rail was installed but incredibly flimsy. Two of our doors werent shaved properly so we couldnt close them. We had already began our kitchen remodel process with this company and I hadnt seen any bad reviews so we hoped for the best, and they told us they would order a piece for our rail that would make it sturdy and they would trim our doors as well. Our kitchen remodel started October 4th and I asked if it would be done before thanksgiving, because i host so if not I just needed to know so I could make other arrangements and I was told it would be done way before then. I was told workers would show up daily by 930. Everyday, one worker did show up at 930, but another worker didnt show up until between ****. My kitchen didnt get anywhere close to finished until the first week of December. That was not really a problem, except that it wasnt finished and the owners of this company kept telling me they would finish it but had already started another job. The ceiling was not painted where the walls Meet. The drywall is rough and bumpy. There was grout missing in places. Some of my cabinet handles were crooked. One of the workers drilled holes in the wrong side of my cabinet doors. They said they ordered replacements, so we will see. I had a leak in my ceiling and had one of the owners come look because the ceiling was torn down at the start of the project and thought maybe a drain pipe was hit, and the owner got angry that I told him I would be happy to pay for him to fix the leak but I wanted to pay for it when my kitchen was finished since it was supposed to be finished weeks ago and still isnt. He then told me he wouldnt finish the kitchen unless I paid up front. I had at that time already paid $17,000 of the $17,500 price and am still waiting on the piece for my rail which I paid for in full in September. Owner told me I am a nasty person and need help after I finally expressed frustration when his workers came today and were supposed to finish all of the work but didnt show up until 2:30 when they were supposed to be here at 12, and then left 3:30 without finishing. All in all, please avoid this company.

************* did hire our company to replace doors and do her Kitchen remodel. Her doors all have been fixed and painted, all doors open and close correctly. The doors took a lot longer due to the fact all her framing is not correct, it is all off in sizes. Which they were fully aware of as ************ said he tried to hang one and it took him a few days to do. As for ************* kitchen remodel. There were issues with her wiring in her kitchen which caused us to fall behind. Her kitchen was ready for Thanksgiving but some minor things that had to be done. She had a fully functioning kitchen. (Minor things were drawer handles needed to be placed, some caulk had to be touched up, some areas needed some more grout.) There were no major issues and the kitchen was fully functional. ************ has been very rude and nasty to the contractors who were working there. She has even cussed at them in regards to some plug faceplates that she claimed were not straight I put a level on them and she still stated that they were not straight. My contractors did not want to return due to the way she spoke to them. ************* called me on 12/3 stating she has a leak in her ceiling, telling me it was our fault that we had to hit a pipe in her ceiling. I tried to explain to her that she only has a drain pipe up there and the water lines are too far up and that we did not cause the leak. The leak was in a different area where the drain pipe is located. I told her I would send someone to look at it. She called me back and stated she sent a video to her plumber and that he stated we hit a pipe and that is what is causing the leak without even coming out to look at it. ************* also stated to me that it has been leaking for a month. Which we could not find any leaking when she told us the first time. When her children use that bathroom is when it seems to leak as why we could not fine the leak the first time. I sent ************ out to look at the leak. He ran a snake camara through the ceiling and showed ************ that the drain pipe was not leaking and that it was not our fault. The leak is actually coming for her faucet in her upstairs bathroom tub that her children use. As of 12/7 the leak had not been fixed which is causing the water to drip onto the new drywall we installed in her ceiling. I told her we would fix the area over the cabinet where the leak first occurred, the leak is causing damage to her new ceiling and had caused the drywall tape on the ceiling to pull loose and has caused spots on the ceiling after we have painted 3 times. We did not do any work in her upstairs bathroom. ************* crawled around on the floor looking for scratches in her floor. We did repair the floor where she claimed we scratched it. ************* has a new Fridge that had a part go bad in it causing it to leak onto her floor, which also scratched her floor from pulling it in and out, the water also caused some damage. We are not responsible for that which she wanted us to fix. The door handles are straight, we did order 3 new doors for her cabinets as one was damaged and the other two do have missed drilled placements. Her rail piece is on order also. The cabinet doors come with pre drilled hinge location from the factory there is only one way to install the doors. The doors are not crooked. We feel no matter what we do ************* finds something else that she does not like and that we cannot please her no matter what we do. She has sent text message and has told my contractors that it looks great and that she is very happy. We have offered many times to finish. ************ has even reached out to ************ to get this matter resolved with him as of 12/8/21, we have yet to hear from him. We would greatly like to finish this job up with ************ present as we feel working with ************* will not have any satisfactory results.

This matter has been resolved. All work has been completed with exception for the dishwasher plate being replaced. I am looking for a replacement part for the dishwasher.
