      1. Received written estimate via email on 9/21/2022 (See Attachment 1) 2. Only Partial work and problem with work done to Valley Insulation beginning on 10/17/2022 and reported to Valley Insulation on that day and at least 5 times thereafter (See Attachment 2) 3. Paid for all work to be completed on 10/17/2022 (See Attachment 2) 4. Valley Insulation committed on written estimate for exterior and interior insulation (See Attachments 1 and 2) 5. Valley Insulation didn't fix the problem with work performed or perform interior insulation work. (See Attachment 2 and 3)

      On September 21, 2022, Valley Insulation gave Mr. ********* a quote to insulate his overhang on the front left side of his house. The estimate was for the soffit area and bay window in the back of the house. It clearly states that No work was to be done on the inside of his house. We did use Styrofoam plugs instead of wood plugs because Mr. ********* said he was going to hire someone to fix the soffit area where we drilled.  (I have attached the quote and the work order for the work which was completed.)

      On the bay window in the back of the house, the estimate shows that we would install 2’’ blueboard, but a frame needed to be made to hold insulation in it.  Mr. ********* said that he didn’t want to do that.  We told him that we can still do it, but we would have to put a board from the ground to the 2’ Styrofoam board to hold it. Which he agreed.  That is what was done.

      In Mr. *********** complaint it said he called the office five times. We have no records of him calling the office.  We would have taken care of him as soon as possible if there had been contact with us.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ******** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

      Matt from Valley Insulation personally visited my home on September 19, 2022, at 10:30 AM. As he attests in the work order dated 10/17/2022, Invoice No. *****, "Drill & Blow Holes from INSIDE of house 16" from bottom and top.  

      Further, according to Industry Standard, Work Orders are stamped completed when all work is finished. The Work Order dated 10/17/22 Invoice No* ***** *s 'Not' stamped completed. This is consistent with my complaint ** *********

      As clearly reported in Complaint ** ******** submitted on 2/10/2023, this work was "NOT" completed by Valley Insulation.

      In Valley Insulation Estimate #1****, I was required to "remove bees from soffit on left side of house." Attached is a Pest Management Service Report for ScherZinger Pest Control independently validating that this work was completed on 9/26/2022.

      The last paragraph of the message from the business to the Better Business Bureau, (Valley Insulation, phone number ************,
      Business hours M-F 8 AM - 5 PM, closed on Saturday and Sunday) is:

      "In Mr. *********** complaint it said he called the office five times. We have no records of him calling the office. We would have taken care of him as soon as possible if there had been contact with us.

      Attached is Call Report from T-Mobile records for Steve J. ********* (phone number ************) independently validating the date, time and length of 9 calls by me to Valley Insulation (************) and 4 calls from Valley Insulation (*************) to schedule date certain for additional work and repairs as reported on my complaint ID ********. This additional work and repairs were not done as reported on
