Do not use this company. Called them out for service call because water was all over the floor around my furnace. Owner came out and tested (whatever that means) my AC unit and said it was fine but told me that to repair my furnace (which n hindsight doesn't even make sense because the furnace wasn't even running- it was summer) would be half the cost of replacing it and that I should think about just buying a new one. I agreed to the new furnace for roughly $5,000. Less than a year later and I have water all over the floor around my furnace again. Called them and was told that I probably need a new AC unit. Sent his son out for the service call and was told that what is causing the water is a rusted out drain pain. When I told him that this was the exact same issue I had previously and I was told it was the furnace, . He took measurements of the drip pan and said he would get back to me with an estimate. Estimate was given two days later for $4,000 for a new AC unit. My AC unit, just like my previous furnace is working fine other than I have water leaking on the floor from the rusted out drain pan (which is very clear that is what is happening now that it has been pointed out to me).
