We purchased a softening filtration system and maintance agreement package from them over a year and a half ago for over $8000. We have filed several complaints on line and talk to different people about the unit and service agreement. It has not worked correctly from day one. For the first three months it ran continuously without shutting off. Just pumping water thru the system and out the drain. We had a 50 ft well when we purchased the house that had service the main house and a mobile home for years. But because it kept the well pumped dry. It had caved in part of it and now it's created other problems. Finally after 3 months another tec. came out and fixed part or it. The system had a bleach unit on it to help with the smell and salt in a bin for softening. The tec stopped the continuously running and changed it to regin at night but when it would start it would not stop till the well was dry. The it would shut off. After over a year and a half the bleach and salt has not moved. The same amount as when it was installed. A service person was se supposed to show up once a month to refill each. I would receive a call (automated) saying when they would show. I would confirm it as being ok or yes. But no one ever showed and now I don't even get those calls anymore. I had a person call from dayton culligan said he would come down to help after the last on line complaint but he wanted to show up on a Friday. That was when my wife has her cancer treatments so I told him any other day. He said he would get back with us the next week. That was months ago. We have a 8000 paper wait with a service contract that was non existence.
