I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for any kind of work. I was told by a very reputable mechanic down the road not to trust their work, and I should have listened. I got my truck back from alignment with a cotter pin missing from a tie rod end, a pinch bolt so loose it would of fell off, if it wasn't for it being a nylock nut, and a jam nut loose. The worst part is that they charged me double for this "simple" alignment.

      ***** ******

This customer contacted us for an alignment on his 2006 Dodge 2500 pick up truck.   He stated that he and his dad had done  a lot of new front end parts on the truck and it now needed to be aligned.   We brought the truck in and before doing anything, we noted that the left tie rod was not installed correctly. We contacted the customer and asked if he wanted us to remove and reinstall the part properly and move forward with the alignment or if he wanted to pick up the truck and do it himself.  We told him it would be a one hour labor charge in addition to the alignment charge.   The customer opted to have us do the work.   We removed and reinstalled the tire rod on the left side (drivers side) of the truck and aligned it.  All alignment adjustments for this particular vehicle are on the left side only and nothing would be touched on the right side to align properly.  The customer picked up the truck on 3-14-2024 and paid for the repair work.  The customer called back about 10 days later and said the cotter pin was missing on the right side and some bolts were loose on the right side.   He claimed he just wanted to make sure it did  not happen to anyone else.   The owner got on the phone with him and asked him to bring the truck back in so we could look at it.  The customer did not want to bring it back and just kept saying the parts on the right were loose and missing.  We tried to explain to him that we did not do any adjustments on the right side and please bring it in so we can show him what and how adjustments are made on his truck.  He finally agreed to bring it back and we tried to explain and show him the work we did and how we did not have any adjustments on the right.  The customer did not request that we do a check out on all the work he did on the front end and we would not be looking for loose or missing parts for a standard alignment, just bad parts that would require replacement before  aligning.  Customer became very upset because we would not take the blame for missing and loose parts on something we did not do.   We talked to two different techs that were on this job ( at separate times ) and both had the same account of the alignment. While  looking at the truck with the customer he became very rude and just started claiming we were blaming him.  We never blamed him, but we did not touch the right side of the truck and are not taking responsibility for something we did not do.  Customer went off saying he will bash us on social media.  We asked what he wanted from us and he said he did want anything, " I just don't want it to happen to other people."   Same thing he said on the phone before he brought the truck in for us to go over it with him.  Customer left mad and bashed us on social media just like he said he would.
