My husband and I purchased a fence from Fence Union and it was the biggest mistake. On their website it states: "We completely stand behind the products and services that we provide. All fence installations come standard with a three-year workmanship warranty." and "Our mission is to work as a professional team to provide our customers with quality fence products and first-class customer service." but the work they did is horrific and the employees that they had working were new and needed guidance the entire time or were left alone after being "taught" what to do. The employees looked like they were not in the right state of mind to be working according to my home cameras. They were cutting boards on a Home Depot bucket on the lawn instead of using something stable on concrete. The fence is splitting, the boards are not uniform or cohesive and the gate that was built has a gap so wide my puppy's head can fit outside of it. The City of Parma failed the inspection due to the fence being higher than 6 feet on one side, not enough room under the fence itself for air and water flow, boards sticking out for safety concerns. Aside from the cosmetics, they are not returning my phone calls or text messages. They recently removed all reviews from the internet because they were so bad. Please save your money and do not spend a dime at this company. They have no idea what they are doing. I spent over $4,000.00 on this project and it is horrible. This company should be ashamed of what they are doing to people.Business response

on May 01 2013 i contracted Fence Union to repair Vinyl Fence In the amount of $2,295.00 the contract call for half $1,147.50 which was paid through zelle in three payment due to the fact Zelle would not allow to make a payment for new vendor for more $500.00. On May 5, 2023 Fence union set a crew of two to inspect and tear down damage fence, at this point they left left all tear down fence at the end of driveway , Fence union said they will be back to install new fence when shipment of new fence is received and they will haul away all damage fence, on May 23, 2023 I call fence they said they had me on schedule for next day, they did not show up did not answer any of my calls on three different days i left messages please help
