On 5/20/2024, $100 was paid to Sharpline for application fees for a unit at *************************************.
On 5/21/2024, I contacted Sharpline about my application through a contact form to ask about my application. A leasing agent called me back the same day through a wireless caller number that does not pick up when called back, **************. They agreed to add my application to Flats on Tamarack and Washington Townhomes units. When I opened the decision email on 5/21/2024, it said I was approved. The document said that a lease would be created after a $500 fee was paid. It did not specify where the lease was for or give any details on pricing or move-in dates. The document also did not give details on where to make the payment.
I contacted the property manager the following morning, 5/22/2024, on where to make the payment to and asking for other details about the lease. After not hearing back, I filled out a contact form on their website the following day, 5/23/2024, and did not get contacted.I followed up with both the property manager and filled out another contact form on 5/29/2024 and did receive a reply from either.
Copies of communications to the property manager as well as the decision email and document are provided. Copies of what was sent through the contact forms are unavailable as they do not provide any record for messages sent to them.Sharpline Communities gave an offer based on conditions in their decision letter that were impossible to meet due to their unwillingness to communicate.
