Took our car there to get a door dent fixed. When we picked up the car and got it home, we notice that the paint had bumps in it and the inside of the car was full of dust. Took it back and was told it was dirt under the pant, and they could wet sand it out. We took the car back, so they could do the rework - went to pick it up, and it wasn't right still. At least three spots/bumps were missed. The owner **** - told us we were being too nick -picky and that *********** only pays him so much for the paint job. I told him we just want it done right and that's not right. He told us could to bring it back, while still complaining we are too picky. He was walking away out of what appeared to be frustration with us wanting it done right - I told him I would take it up with *********** and he stormed back toward me - getting up in my face (like belly to belly). He said some things about calling the police on us (not sure for what, maybe being unhappy with their work). He ended up going back inside and we left. Never, have I seen an owner act like this - for any reason. I suggest taking your car ANYWHERE but here. Somewhere they care and strive to ensure the customer is happy the first time.

On a rainy Monday, stopped for an exit ramp slow-down on I-71S, my car got rear-ended. I am indebted to Ford for saving my life, and Combs for bringing my car back to life. It was restored beautifully and was ready a day earlier than promised. 5 stars.

AWFUL! Wouldnt recommend to my enemy. My car was involved in a hit and run before Christmas. I dropped my car off to Combs despite requesting a tow in my work order. When I dropped off my vehicle the assistant manager was so surprised that I was there and even made a comment that clearly it was not drivable. Well of course it wasnt safe to drive but waiting on them to contact me for a tow wasnt going to happen. My car was in the body shop for 30 days and during that time I did not receive ONE word from them regarding my vehicle. No timeline. No update. No estimate. Only please come get your vehicle and pay us our money. Seriously, what an utter waste of a deductible. When I addressed this with both managers and owner, it fell on deaf ears. Excuses were made as to why my situation clearly fell between the cracks. The owner even compared my situation to paying your **** at a restaurant, stating paying my deductible was how their guys get paid. No mercy was spared. No sympathy given. In fact, ***** the assistant manager barely apologized. I had to call him out for him to even acknowledge that this was clearly an error. This family owned company is clearly a monopoly and is not out for the customer but for themselves. Im hoping this review spares some naive person a lot of time, frustration and money.
