I purchased a vehicle from ******* ******* profit ******* ******* on June the 9th of 2022 I have yet to receive my title he will not give me my bill of sale so that I could at least go get me another temp tag that he tried to charge me an extra $50 for when I met ******* he had this car on Marketplace and he told me that the car was $2,400 I told him I only have $2,000 he said again $2,400 I said I only have $2,000 he said okay that's fine bring that when can you be here I got to his place of business I gave him the $2,000 cash he then stated oh it'll be an extra $300 for tax and title I said I told you I only had two thousand dollars so that was the first game and lie that he told well I told him I will give him the $300 later on within a week all the studs popped off of one of the tires to where my tire went flying on Livingston Avenue by The Tap restaurant which is recorded by their restaurant I called him and told him because he said somebody that just did work on that side of the car and he said well I'll take $150 off of that extra $300 that he charged me because it was going to cost me quite a bit to get everything fixed that happened to that car it is now October of 2022 ice I'm yet to have my title he's holding my title because he's upset that I filed a complaint with attorney general and a BMV and a BMV told me that he sounds like a scam artist to get my money back so I have requested my money back three times from him he told me I will not receive a dime from him I told him that I will be bringing I will be coming to his church so drop that car off and get my 2150 back and he told me he's going to call the police I said I'm bringing the police with me I had asked him for a receipt he has yet to give me a bill of sale asking for the receipt you know for the last little money I gave him he didn't want to give me a receipt so I had him text it to me he texted to me and the way that he texted to me you can tell he was a scam artist in my opinion he's not even a profit or Pastor in my opinion I wouldn't even go to his church don't trust him at all so he's upset that I found with the attorney general because I still have 45 day tags on the car he was trying to charge me an extra $50 to get 45 tags again from him when they're only 20 dollars at the BMV so he told me he was going to mail my title to me whenever he had the time to get the title cuz it's out of state title that's not even in his name yet he doesn't have my address I keep telling him and I'm not giving it to him cuz don't trust him and he provides me with a dress to a apartment complex that I used to live at that's shut down I said I don't live there
