They overcharged me, held my truck hostage until I came up with the money. Truck isn't right, they're passing the buck. The invoice stated fuel pump cost $300. Actual cost for same pump at **********- $139. They charged me $50 for a fuel filter. Actual cost at **********- $14.Review from andrew t

i took my truck to them for a bad ******** steering leak.Price quote to repair was $3800 to replace steering pump steering box plug wires and radiator.My steering box was 2 months old.i told them no and was still charged $215 to tell me what i already knew was wrong with my truck.I took it to another garage and they performed all repairs for less than $1000.This is a scam outfit.I would not trust them with your vehicle.

to who it may concern i have texted (mr blank intentionally) Exsplianed our situation which we gave him the answeres to his repair exsplained what was need to repair it he didnt like our opinion so he went some where eles doctors get this often as well i would post a copy of the work order but the system will not take it at this time he prefered to do this on face book as well here is what was put there "It was brought to my attention and I would like to make sure this is pretty clear here we checked (blank person) vehicle out as he requested. he has been bashing us for not testing or diagnosing his vehicle completely at on face book. We inspected tested gave estimates for complete repairs engine misfire leaks etc on his ****** Mile **** GMC Yukon. which we have no problem in repairing older vehicles we do this often I would have like to put this in the post but I see it's gone now." the truck was in need of a lot of work i am sorry about your exsperince here at shifflet auto care we tell you what we see and what needs to be done if you do not wish to repair it it is always up to the customer final choice do we repair or not. we offer a 2year 24,000 mile warranty on most all repairs we do .Review from Nicole

I had them look at why my heater wasn't working. He quoted me a $500 estimate. I took it somewhere else and had it fixed for $100. They charged me for the diagnosis which they claim included a fluid top off and general check of the engine. It did not. When I asked for my money back because they didn't do anything I was told his employees that didn't do anything to my car needed the money. I'm a new mom and broke all the time. That money was needed for my family. Greatly saddened by their lack of human decency.
