I was attempting to get my CDLA from Roadmaster and paid $10,000 for the education and the business practices they use are of low professionalism and crudeness they should be allowed to call themselves a school, it’s a crash pad that you have to pay to be shown a lower class society and be treated like a second rate citizen even after paying (you definitely don’t want to be a foreigner) During my time there I (students and “fodder” staff) were covered in silica dust, me and my lineage were called racist names, degraded by other terms, even disrespected by Upper Management from out of town, one of their staff passed out in the sun mid sentence and the students were called “stupid” for standing under the provided shelter to get out of the sun by Upper Management (on the same record heat day), they targeted me, repeatedly separated me from the group o against my will to make a mockery out of the complaint against racism, I had to repeat the story 3-5, even being told to clarify “”Staff” called someone in my family a ******” 8 times within arms reach of each other showing levels of bigotry that should have been long eradicated, especially considering my grandfather served this country for 20-30 years of his life. They claimed they’d issue a refund to me but I didn’t waste 30 days to go through any one of those things to not get a CDL (actually it was a whole driving career that was promised) when that’s them practicing very bad business practices and getting away with it practically scotch free, I complained numerous times in public spaces that I felt I was being targeted by staff members there and they think they have the power to extort people out of their money and time and they should not by their character, effort nor education characteristic. It’s an ugly **** snowball that obviously starts at corporate. All this is just to name some of the issues I had, the list goes on, I have others number including employees who would/could share their truth as well.

Roadmaster Drivers School has provided high-quality CDL training services for over 30 years.   Roadmaster expects all associates and students to treat one another with dignity and respect at all times.  Complainant enrolled in and attended Roadmaster's Commercial Truck Driver Training Program from July 3, 2023 through the date of his involuntary dismissal from the Program on July 26, 2023.   Complainant was disruptive during training at times, however, Roadmaster personnel continued to assist Complainant with his goal of successfully completing the Program and obtaining his Class A CDL.  Roadmaster denies Complainant's allegations that students were called "stupid", that Complainant was separated from his group or that any Roadmaster personnel exhibit any racism towards Complainant.   On July 26th, after a prolonged period of time under the awnings provided for student rest breaks, Complainant was asked to rejoin his group and continue with training for day.  Complainant responded aggressively utilizing profanity, racial slurs, and obscene gestures.  As a result, Complainant was involuntarily withdrawn from the Program.  While under no obligation to do so, Roadmaster has refunded all of Complainant's payments and wishes Complainant the best in his future endeavors.
