I have been waiting since March 4th to get the title for the vehicle. The worst experience of my life. They look you straight in the face and lie to you. There was a problem with the air and I was asked to give them a few hours to fix it. Waited around Columbus for several hours and finally got the call that the problem had been fixed. I agreed to buy the car because it was all squared away. The Dad said if I had any problems with the air to just give them a call and they would fix it free of charge. ** said it just needed charged with freon. Ten minutes after I pulled from the lot the air was blowing warm. I contacted them the next day and ** tried to accuse the problem on running air in the wintertime, it was 50° outside and I was just testing the air, not running the air. Took it to Honda to find out that they had over filled it with freon for one thing and the compressor and condenser were shot and it cost me over $2000 to get it fixed. I also had to pay an additional $470 to get a new spool valve because it was leaking onto the alternator and going to cause the alternator to go bad. ** laughed when I asked them to pay at least half and told me I was funny. Even though I bought the car "AS IS", what I think ** may have failed to realize is I also have in writing through the text message that we have been exchanging that they had agreed to fix it. He stated he had 50 cars he had to move and could not worry about it now. So rather than waiting around to have something more happen to the car I went ahead and took it to the dealer to find out this car has some serious issues. I take the responsibility because dishonest people are never going to become honest and do the right thing!! But the one thing I can do something about is demanding the title to my car. I am including all documentation and proof of payment. In addition, I am including the text messages that I have had with ** from start to finish.
