Hello, I had order a tent from their website on 10/12/2023, on 11/3/2023, I found out they sent to wrong address, so I email their service, they said they would refund me, on 11/27/2023, I email them I have not received the refund yet, not respond till now.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction 10/07/2023 Amount $61.83 Business committed Pelican Boat Intruder 12 Jon Fishing boat. 12 ft. Nature of dispute Tracking says that boat was delivered to Barcelona PR post office 00617 to a po box. I do not live in Barcelona PR. I informed idexfox at [email protected] yesterday 10/23/2023 and have received no response. Tracking is LR078507055CN Order #8522 Advertising attached. On my bank statement USBOOKI 6750 East Chenango, Denver Co. is who took the payment. [email protected] are the ones that sent the tracking email. I just would like my money returned. Obviously these 3 companies are a scam.Initial Complaint

On September 8, 2022 I searched online for chlorine tablets and came across some for 61.56 thought it was too good of a deal but assumed that my charge company would back me if I didn’t get them. I never got a follow up email saying my order had been filled, so after a week I looked up the company and saw they dealt with clothing and was wondering why they would have chlorine. When I received my credit card bill and saw this charge, I hadn’t recognized the name so I looked it up on line and found a phone number linked to it that went to a private parties phone saying some how this company got a hold of his number and it is a scam. I then called my charge card to explain I never received anything and disputed the charge. It was taken off my bill as they researched it. Dec. 17, I got notified that the company told them I ordered 2 shirts that were delivered 9/10/2022 and they came up with a tracking number for it. Neither of these things were true. Didn’t order clothes and never received anything. My charge card was going to put the amount back on my bill because of the bogus information they gave them. I am continuing to dispute this. I tried contacting idexfox customer service email with no replies. I noticed other people on BBB site in possible scams having the same problem with this company. I would like them to credit back my charge card since I never received anything.Customer response

The company said they delivered shirts to my house and gave a tracking number I opened an investigation with the usps on the tracking number and this is the response.Initial Complaint

I was shopping on dressfat.com found a couple items I wanted to purchase so I went on and put in my order when it appeared on my card it come up asIdexfox I called the phone number and they said it would be a couple months but they would have it shipped out so I started doing research as I told a friend about ordering from them when I called the phone number back it was a gentleman‘s phone number and he said if you are calling about an order contact your bank because it is a scamInitial Complaint

Ordered merchandise from ******** but Idexfox is who charged my acct. Never received order.. No response to emails and phone number voice messages says this is a personal number and if your calling about a bank charge, you’ve been scammed. Call your bank. Stromords phone number is disconnected so these scammers are running at least two websites.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction 08/15/2022 Amount paid $67.12 Samsung ******** 32" Qled 4K Smart TV- Charcoal Black
Item never was received, USPS tracking information ************************** showing delivery to another address but description of that item is not a TV.
I sent emails to Idexfox (Dressy Drawers LLC ) and called this number ************ as the contact number from website is always ring but no answering and just voice mail.
