My boyfriend bought a t-shirt from this company on their website. They took his payment (but did not email a receipt) and they have not sent the product. Their website has broken links to all forms of contact. I found their phone number on Facebook and it’s no longer working.Initial Complaint

I made a first time order for 6 XL lightweight hoodies. They only sent one. ***** ****** claims all six would’ve fit and that they sent my entire order. I basically paid $204 for one hoodie instead of the advertised $34. She claims they are a small company but if I don’t get the other 5 hoodies I paid for that this company is scamming consumers. I’ve tried emailing her and she keeps giving me excuses.Business response

The customer reached out to us and I asked her for photos to try to confirm what she received as we have a 3 step process to check orders before they leave our warehouse. We have been hit with quite a bit of credit card fraud recently and warnings about false claims by consumers so we politely reached out and asked for photos. Once I received them, I reached back out to the customer and apologized for any inconvenience or frustration and let her know that it does look like it was not shipped complete and we shipped her the other 5 items this past Monday. I reached out to her via phone and email and she did not respond to our call or email. Her original claim that she had contacted us via email and phone was not accurate. We received one original email after we sent her a thank you for her order email and looked into this right away. The tracking number for the replacement order is# ******************. It was shipped on 7/18/22 weighing 5 pounds and delivered via ups on 7/19/22.
This customer claims we were arguing when all we did was ask for facts. As you can imagine there is a lot of fraud and we needed to try to confirm what she actually received. Her order is now complete along with receiving an apologetic email and phone call to which there was no response from the customer, ***** ********

I finally received the rest of my order. Thank you for your help. This company is horrible. After sending pics of the package, she sid all of the merchandise would have fit. So I had to take more photos to prove that false then involve you at the BBB. If you would like to see her last email, let me know. I am satisfied I finally got the merchandise I paid for. ***** ******* is awful.
