I love Nayked Apparel. I am sad to read the negative reviews and sad that people have had these experiences. I own approximately 50 pieces of apparel from Nayked and have been a customer for years. Granted, I have not purchased anything lately, since every single one of my pieces have lasted for many years. I, just now, wanted to buy gifts, so I searched for them and could not find their website, but I found these reviews! The quality of their clothing has always been top notch, sizing is consistent and true, and their selection is extremely diverse. And in my experience, their customer service is outstanding. Anytime I have ever needed anything at all, they have been right there for me. They sent me emails asking for feedback. They checked on how I was enjoying my purchases. I cannot express how happy I am with them. I ONLY BUY NAYKED. And if they're still out there, and the products and service do not falter, I will continue to be a loyal customer. They might not be BBB accredited, but their track record with me is flawless. I have placed many orders. I doubt that I am just lucky. Thank you Nayked Apparel!Review from J M S

I ordered two shirts from this company for a special occasion. One of the shirts was supposedly going to be pink as it pictured. Since I do not live in the state where I was sending the shirt, it took some time for my package to arrive for the birthday along with the other items I had sent. I sent it as soon as I could, however the person who was to receive it had to go to another state for their son to receive medical attention. The shirt really WAS NOT pink, but a obvious peach color with muted hints on pink - upon opening. I took a picture and sent a message to the company. First they said that it was over 30 days and second that it was "pink with hints of peach". They were unwilling to rectify the order or allow my son to order a different color. Most disappointing response, actually admitting that the shirt was muted in color, and then stating that it was the correct color. DO NOT purchase from this company or order the color PINK.Review from Lisa C
