Confusing as it is. I was mailed a letter claiming that I owed a sum to US Bank, but that transaction was already settled with my ACTUAL BANK because it was a fraudulent transaction.Review from Missie S

Call multiple times a day , i have told them numerous time they have the wrong number. Rude and unprofessional business also threatened me as if i was the person they were looking for even when i told them i am indeed a female and the name the ask for is a male.

Lying about amount I owe to the bank. I havent use the account in over 2 years and somehow these scam artists tell me they want money from me for a debt that doesnt even exist. What horrible ethics.Apelles, LLC Response

I've been receiving calls for a year now, 2-3 per week, some as early as 8:03am. I told a caller (when this started) that the number they were calling was my new phone number, and not the number of whomever they were seeking. And still the calls persist. It annoys me, but it's their money they're wasting. I would, however, like the calls to stop or I'll be filing a complaint with the state and federal attorneys general for consumer affairs.Apelles, LLC Response

Got multiple calls from this company, I finally called back. They stated they were calling from a bank that I do business with, to verify my identity they asked for my name and last 4 of my ss number. Then came back and said sorry we have the wrong number, have a good day and hung up. I am now worried about giving the last 4 of my ss . Very unprofessionalApelles, LLC Response

As a customer contact center, ********************** is required to verify unique pieces of personally identifying contact information before discussing specific accounts. Once we were able to verify our caller, on March 31, 2022, we were able to obtain information regarding an identity theft claim. The original creditor has been notified of this dispute and the account is currently being reviewed by them.Apelles, LLC Response
