Quick pass tickets are a scam. You pay 20 dollars extra to get in before the general public. Well when it comes to let people in. The let the general public in at the same time. And they have the faster way of getting in. They are ripping people off.Review from Leah B

On 3/31/2023, my husband and I had tickets to see the ***** ***** concert. This was our first time visiting your venue. We were really looking forward to our little get away in Pittsburgh for his birthday. Unfortunately, we were only able to see three songs before a very rude security guard with a nasty attitude asked us to leave the concert due to some drunk girls bumping into my husband. My husband did not move over because we were standing by a lot of nice couples and we were all standing there from the very beginning of the concert. He asked the girls why they kept bumping into him and before I knew it, the security guard was there asking him to leave. We paid good money for these tickets ($72.00 / each) and did not even get to enjoy the concert. My husband and I are in our 50’s and have been to many concerts and have never experienced such a thing as this one-sided situation. I honestly was shocked by this whole ordeal and it leaves an awfully bad taste about your venue. I did complain to the security personnel outside the main door but it was like talking to a deer in the headlights. No response, no I’m sorry for your situation, just an “oh well” look. My husband and I work extremely hard for our money so for us to splurge on the tickets and a hotel room so we could enjoy his birthday was a lot for us and then to have our night ruined because of these girls and this security guard was very disappointing to say the least. Thank you for listening to my complaint. I hope you can do a better job with your security situation in the future. Looks like you have a lot of nice concerts there but if this happens to other patron’s; I am not sure people would go back.Review from Karmen W

This is the second time Ive had a bad experience with this production company. This time they sent out a notice of Covid Regulations, TWO days before the event, making covid Vaccine mandatory. This is short notice with little time to request a refund. They do not seem to think of their buyers and supporters (fans) attendance matter.A few years ago I had a similar experience where their ticket purchase information was not well explained. I had purchased the most expensive ticket available online. Upon arrival they informed guests that the *** area that was available for purchase at the door. I was given a wrist band and didnt think anything of it because it my ticket said ***. I was faced with very unreasonable and rude staff responses to my questions while I was trying to understand why they were kicking me out of the *** section. This new experience with them feels very similar and it seems like a money trap. They are deceitful, or uninformative, to the buyers about what the ticket prices includes and what expectations guests should have for the show before purchasing a ticket. You find out when you arrive how they really are, with last minute changes on plans and unfriendly responses to people who feel like theyve been ripped off.

PromoWest Productions instated the policy on August 18, 2021 in order to give unvaccinated ticketholders time to schedule a COVID-19 test. We are still accepting negative COVID-19 tests within 72 hours of the event date through September 30, 2021. After October 1, 2021, all of our events will be COVID-19 Vaccine Only. Additionally, AEG Presents announced a refund window between August 16 and August 26 for events through September 2021.
